Not XT fault that Harry Sharp got outmarked but a midget in Neale.

Nothing wrong with XT option. Maybe should should have done better to created a contest to bring the ball to ground.

Fair enough. I was sitting behind him when he kicked and it just looked shallow. Might have been different on the TV.

Give praise where it’s due Bom.

Now things are interesting.

kick the next and we could actually be a chance.

I wish the band could.mix it up a tad.

A fiddler's version of up there.....or one day in September.

we need to swap windsor out of the middle

way too tentative and having no impact

Brissy - 2892 total games

Us - 1952 total games

Only 940 games between the two teams, haha

We’re going alright

I don’t really agree that games are the best all and end all, to be fair.

Nick and Josh Daicos and both the Ashcroft brothers are guns and have been since day 1.

But it certainly helps having that experience.

Gerard Healy 💩💩💩💩💩💩

He hates the Dees

from what I have heard he has been praising us which I find unusual.

this a great response from the boys

fantastic stuff

believe demons

Then we do something stupid

Harris killing us. marking everthing

Harris Andrews gives me the feelings that I'm sure Gawn gives opposition supporters.

The guy just marks everything.

Kicking to the top of the square is a bad idea with their marking backs

Oooh, that goal to Sharp was built on going end to end with multiple things not quite working but our players keeping at it and recovering the momentum.

That's one for the highlight reel not just for today but for the tone we are trying to set for the season.

Lol, and there goes Lever with the kick-in and hard run to receive the next kick at half back. Definitely a move to the midfield-wing on the cards.

Yeah it’s not everything, I agree. And yep all those players are absolute guns, but they’re the exceptions, not the rules I’d say. Not many players are AFL ready from day dot.

Latrelle needs to know his role, don’t fly for marks when we already have a tall competing. Keep your feet son.

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
