Game is definitely winnable. If Goodwin were still here the media would be talking it up as two desperate coaches going head to head.

Now it's almost a must win for Carlton as are the next few weeks if Voss is going to continue much past the mid season bye.

Perfect cool weather for late Sunday football.

I could care less about Carlton & Voss, DJ

We need wins when we can get 'em

Quote the quote and then quote the next and subsequent quotes. If you leave a quote out you can go back and requote the missed quote but once you quote a quote you’ll have to manually delete that quote. I find it best just to quote one quote at a time. Don’t quote me on this though.

Can I quote you on that?

Yeah, I just noticed that. I’d reached my quota of quotes and blown a foofa valve.

This is now Bailey Laurie's SIXTH year on our list. If there was an AFL player there we'd have seen it by now at that level, even in glimpses. We haven't.

People clinging on are deluded.

Tend to agree!

Would love to see the Moose on the Loose get a gig! Great chop out for Max which would provide us with greater versatility and stretch Carltanks talls!

Now that De Koning has left for St Kilda who does Carlton use to rest Pittonet and are they any good?

Have heard from Carlton mate that the Blues are very confident of beating us, because of our WA game and short turnaround before it.

Stats seem to show that teams are affected by a 6 day break before games in Perth.

He has won 2 Brownlows.

We have an 8 day break?

Read my post again.

I said a 6 day break BEFORE a Perth game.

Our 3rd game in 22 days at the start of the season and we are coming off an 8 day break. If that’s what Carlton fans are pinning their hopes on then they are cooked.

It's an 8 day break from Fremantle to the Carlton game which is more than enough of a break to be fresh & ready to go seeing that it's only round 3

I suspect that young Hudson O'Keeffe might be used when Pittonet is resting. Will be good experience for him to go against the best in the league.

Outside the box. I would like to see Max Heath on the bench. When Max Gawn has a rest put him down in the forward pocket. He would attract defenfers like flies freeing up the other forwards. What do you think?

8 days is plenty of time to recover from a WA road trip. Won't be a factor.

Wow that's a shock! Latrelle to make way I would guess

Interesting, congrats to Paddy and look forward to seeing him on the G. Always good to see a new recruit debut.

Having said that, I honestly didn't think he's game was that great and thought Laurie was better as a high half forward. Laurie may as well pack his bags if he's this far down the pecking order (assuming he's not selected).

Fixed it for you.

With Jagga Smith currently so clearly the presumptive Rising Star for 26 it will be a real feather in his Tholstrup's cap when the KoltLock TM keeps him to 15 low-impact disposals on sunday.

He’s lucky he just signed a contract before this game
