OK well this shows King who's willing to still do the hard yards & apply pressure when we're getting well beaten

XL and Langford look shot, no confidence. What ?

Was having this conversation with a mate. Admittedly I’ve only seen our first two games via Kayo, but I’m struggling to work out what their true roles actually are outside of their on-paper positioning.

Whenever the conditions are greasy / slippery we struggle big time

Other than Steele and Koz (when on) the other mids have had zero impact tonight so far

STEELE AND TOLTOYS OUR BEST BY FAR

Expected a howler, Freo had the cats on toast, as goody used to say learnings, new game plan new players…

Entries in to the F50 ...mostly back to baing ordinary tonight.

Bombs and no separation leads.

Absolute trash forward of 50

The players are leading and open, we’re just bombing due to perceived pressure.

We have to remember this is our first test against real opposition. Our soft preseason hasn’t helped

Has Latrelle touched it at all?

I think they were pumped up a bit too much last year… pair them with Windsor and we are scared undersized and under experienced

I mean they are good, but at the moment they can't seem to be able to execute even basic disposals.

They have been much stronger over the ball all night apart from when we had a bit of possession play in the 2nd

Isn't it dry and warm in Perth?

Latrelle isn't ready for AFL yet.

He’s in the McAdam zone right now

What is exciting about trying to kick around the body from 40 metres, really, that is horrible

When you're getting towelled up this badly and from so early the first correction needs to come at the coal face....

WINNING CONTESTED.

We failed badly in this aspect tonight.

If we can't bring that basic aspect to our game we're in for a VERY long season.

Really hoping for some tighter camera views this quarter, I mean I can see the pimples on their face alright, but really struggling to count the individual hairs on their chin.

Good lord Xavier Lindsay is one of thr modt timid players going around.
