THAT WAS AWESOME!

Worth going to that hole of a ground, paying $20 for parking and watching us get spanked, just to see that mark.

He has the making of a very special player... now someone go put it on YouTube! ;)

Easily...

Absolutely Ripping Grab.

Best Iv'e seen since Shaun Smith's huge grab @ Cararra.

Let's hope its the 1st of many over the next decade to excite us.

& he kicked the goal - Good signs for Juice.

Shame about the other 119 minutes tonight.

it was a classic from behind spec, over the skipper i believe. he got his knees up on the shoulders just from the jump, hands were up chest height already, then he straightened his body to give him that extra height before he marked it and came down over the front. he twisted slightly falling to the left. great mark, will be motw no worries, and from seeing it today i reckon it will take something special to beat it for mark of the year. it was a classic hanger of the highest order. unless there is something out of the ordinary, like morecrofts, i think this is a good chance.

Were you watching the same game? He was great I thought, setup a nice goal and beat archer one on one at ground level which isn't easy...

no madness he ment the only highlight of the match was probably newtons mark while for the rest of the game was useless

DD36 is on the money,

I mean't Juice was pretty good 2nite, one of our only highlights in a forgettable evening @ The Dome

Here's to 2008 & beyond

Has to win mark of the week and must be up there for the year just for how high he got up and with no hands on the shoulders to steady or help him along

He almost took another high flyer, but couldn't hold on to it in the last quarter.

This is just a thought, but with Newton jumping higher than Robbo, yet not hurting the team anywhere near as much, would it be too ridiculous an idea to put Robbo on the market. Sure, he bleeds for this club, but he is too lazy, selfish and irresponsible. For a so called "leader of the club", he is not the example the MFC should be showing to the younger brigade.

i'm not saying that we need to trade him, but is it a ridiculous idea? After all, we might get something decent for him

Those who have seen his games at Sandy over the last couple of years are used to this sort of thing. It was a great mark, but not his best.

Sounds like he'll have a few "Mark of the Year" awards coming his way then :)

A disrespectful comment at the best of times not to mention ludicrous, but to say this on the day of his 200th match for the club is a disgrace. It may seem harsh, but I'm sorry, Robbo is a Demon through and through and always will be.

Terrible snipe at Robbo on the day of his 200th. A great servant of the club and has been one of our best even when we were shite. Deserves to bask oin the warm glow of the satisfaction of plating 200, even if his team-mates couldn't honour him with a win.

Its been said about Robbo for games leading up to his 200 and will no doubt be said after games in the future. he lets himself down with indulgent selfish acts. Its not good enough for a senior player.

Fan is right about Newton. He has been taking hgh calibre grabs at Sandy for the past couple of years.

One man is not bigger than the team. It's as simple as that. Even if it was Robbo's 200th game, he will never nor should be bigger than the team. He was pretty much a waste of a position on the field for the majority of the game. He has been doing this for quite a few weeks now. But he has been saved by a goal here and a goal there.

Woop dee doo it's his 200th game. Robbo has been playing selfish football, maybe not deliberately, but he does not chase, he rarely stays with his man, whilst he always tries for the spectacular mark, almost always goes to ground. He is hurting the team, and his 1 or 2 goals don't make up for that. The opposition would be scoring more goals because of his lack of interest outside the 50, unless of course he were to be getting the ball (Selfish  ). His lack of offensive pressure requires Neitz to chase Robbo's player half the time. Thank god Sylvia and Newton are in the forward line! At least they chase and put pressure on the opposition.

Sure you can say, "he's a great club-man and it was his 200th game". But please.............., wake up and come back to reality. Robbo costs the team more than he helps it. And until he realises this and does something about it, he should not be on the ground.

Not 1 player is bigger than the team, especially not Robbo.

I knew there was a reason I don't like going to The Dome, and the game reminded me, but watching Juice touch the roof was worth having the woman wave a Kangaroos scarf in my face. I called it before he'd even run up for the mark, but....I do that with everytime it goes near him anyway.....

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
