Quick with iffy disposal - have missed this since Hunt left.

We do need some line breaking pace back there though

I think his pace would be a great asset and I assume Kingy likes him and has given Lamb a tick of approval.

Hopefully Lamb doesn't offer him a five-year contract.

As to the trade pick, I would have thought somewhere near our picks 28 and 41 is about right.

Definitely worth a look, especially if someone at the MFC is confident they can help improve his disposal.

Would be very happy with this. Makes our backline better and allows AMW more time to get back to form after his ACL and for Rivers to go into the midfield permanently. Surely a late second gets this done?

I wonder why Hawks didn't try to improve his disposal.

okay the mild insult of 5 letters starting with i is censored now.

This is communism! Drain the swamp! Bring in Dutton!

Poor disposal?

Classic Dees talent.

I don't want dashing defenders that can't hit targets.

Kicking efficiency much better than Trac and Claz

Lol, what rubbish. Comparing him with an inside mid... He should have better DE than every inside mid in the AFL.. How does he compare to McVee?

I close mate in the known at Hawthorn said they had offered Melb pick 8 & Jiath for Trac a while back. Trac would have definitely preferred Hawthorn over GC

Except no he wouldn’t. He needs to be living interstate, for family reasons. It’s imperative he leaves Victoria.

Imperative?!

I like him. Worth it for a future third.

Yes, imperative. His marriage is at stake. True story. Sometimes two of one’s loved ones can’t live in close proximity to one another.

I feel this. my happiness seems to be directly linked by how far away from my family i can possibly get.

Wrong thread for this but: If that's the case, our negotiating team know this presumably. So why no BH?

Would be a great get imo for the right price which is pick 42 imo, we need more medium/small defenders with Mcvee leaving and rivers going into the midfield, he can defend and has the speed that king has been wanting

Wouldn’t say no, with an extra player on the bench next year we have another spot to fill in a team that’s losing 4 best 25 guys and adding only 1 so far.

He’ll use the ball better if he gets continuity off half back compared with being in and out of the side on the wing.

This might be a reach but I wonder if there’s any added benefits to getting CJ given our NGA zone has a big Sudanese community in the Casey-Cardinia area. I really liked Waddell Lual’s late season Casey form, let’s get him down for a preseason too.

You can’t rely on the draft these days, you need to find every recruiting advantage you can get. We were prevented form getting Mac Andrew, maybe we need some representation in our side to encourage the Sudanese kids in Casey to play footy and join our academy.

I’d say the club knows of this situation which has been brewing for a while and has recently come to loggerheads. I just hope the GCS don’t know about it.
