I hope Adelaide are at the top of their game. Would love to see them shut Collingwood out of top four contention.

I have Pies still making top 4 even if they lose to Adelaide.

I can see Brisbane, Freo, and Hawthorn all losing 1 game each meaning Pies finish above them and finishing 4th assuming they beat us next week.

Good things happen when you go on an insane 13-1 run between rounds 1 and 16.

i want to see us knock the filth out of finals in the last round

3 absolute cracking matches this weekend

AFL at it again putting one of them on at midday saturday. really committed to growing the expansion teams

If Gold coast win that will secure top 4 as they should finish on 17 wins

Lions Freo tonight is a top 4 play off

Crows have north next week so are guaranteed top 2 so unfortunately i don’t think they’ll be giving everything

Storm had a "miracle" win over Penrith last night.

Raiders have the bye this week and play Penrith next week. If Raiders lose Storm could go to the top of the ladder if they beat the third placed Bulldogs.

No Hogan or Stringer

GWS might be the ones that miss out on finals on 15 wins. Insane

Another year they could be top 4 on those points

Thank goodness we have the option of flicking over to freo Brisbane tonight.

This is a massive chance for Adelaide to show what they've got. Collingwood are a team they struggle to beat.

This is where Collingwood are at there best though. Couple of losses, backs to the wall, they do travel well but I hope Adelaide win well.

Hopefully Adelaide's forward line can capitalise on no Howe there & with Moore down on form, walker & thilthorpe go bang

Whatever results helps Collingwood miss the 8 and Geelong Top 4

As much as I loathe the Bummers, the effort and skill brought by some of their debutantes is showing that they can probably move on from the McGrath, Parish, Cox era players.

Swans are a huge chance against the Cats

Smart coaching from Fagan imo. Charlie was hopeless last week, so gets him in the action off half back

Lions just have to win this to have a real chance at the flag

They are playing like it too

Gee Brisbane, where was this last week

Swans are in great form though

5-1 from the last six

Hope they beat the Cats

Swans will be top 4 next year like usual

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
