I have to laugh cause when Scott complained about how often they were doing it many weeks ago, the team they played the week after (was it Norf?), copped about six 50 meter penalties.

Meanwhile the team that caused the origin of the complaint to the AFL (ie the Filth) are, for the most part, allowed to continue on their merry way.

Hawthorn just lost 7% in a single game.

The simple margin difference between us and them is now just 206. Win or lose, just 3 goals per game better margins cover that gap by the end of the season.

In the spirit of one week at a time, we also go ahead of St Kilda on percentage as well as improving the win-loss if we win by... um... exactly one goal, actually. Yep, that'll do.

Maybe because we had the momentum, kozzie was running into an open goal and got blatantly tripped without being awarded a free kick. What's happening to the Hawks isn't uncommon. A young team rises ahead of schedule, gets 'found out', takes some losses and loses confidence. They'll be back but it's worrying signs for them right now.

That one has a very simple explanation. Kicking accuracy, we should've been 5 goals on top of them at 3 QTR time.
