What is Rachele actually like as a player? He seems to be the most talked about from Adelaide at least as a possibility and I know he's meant to be good...don't know that much about him though except he's been in and out of the side all year.

He's not injury prone is he like poor Mr. McAdam?

Darcy Fogarty?

You won’t be getting Thilthorpe.

Fogarty and a 1st?

Honestly haven’t watched enough of him to have an opinion, he looks like a lovely kick at goal though (unsure of accuracy).

Dan Curtin and a F1. I'd even keep some of Trac's salary on the books for that

If he goes to another club, he isnt going to magically start hitting forwards on the chest.

Shhhh his a beautiful kick of the footy, pay up... u barstards

My 2 cents worth.... probably already been mentioned on here.

Is it possible that the fracture in the playing group is partly his fault because of his onfeild antics????

Maybe coach King, with the CEO and other most likely, decided to clean house, move out the bad eggs.

New coach, new CEO, new presidentand hopefully a new attitude in the playing group without a few of the big egos????????

Was in and out of the team due to injuries this year, but overall hasn't been injury prone. He was drafted at pick 6 in 2021 draft and has played 70 games in 4 seasons. Plays mostly as a small forward, but clearly projects as a midfielder. Was dominant at underage level and played more midfield there. His biggest weapons are elite speed, agility, smarts, and kicking skills. Goes at 1.5 goals a game. He's got the exact attributes and skillset we're in dire need of.

Looks like he could explode as he matures. I'd be happy if we got him as part of the Trac deal. He'll be part of our forward and midfield rotation for a decade and would form a perfect partnership with Kozzie.

If Fogarty was even close to a possibility that would be something.

It’s not that he’s leaving as I still have respect for Nibbler and JJ amongst others it’s the way he’s went about it mainly last year and clearly he never wanted to be here

Agree If you do not want to stay (totally stay) then leave.

Personally I thought he had a very average year. Hope it’s different for CO13.

You can definitely infer that this may have played a part, although it would probably be fair to suggest that whilst it may not be a causative reason, it's still an enabling one.

I'm probably agnostic on it, but it's fair point you've raised.

It would be interesting to know if the off field relationship is still the same amongst Petracca, Oliver and Salem.

I remember back in 2020? They were doing lots of Social media content where they sat down and talked about their friendship.

As an outsider I get the impression things may be a bit different today.

Given the news last night Trac had touched down in the city of churches I came on here for the subsequent entertaining meltdown commentary.

Christian could easily done this trip on the quiet instead of waltzing through the airport arrivals. Tells me something message-wise from him.

Are we over him as a saga and have just moved on.?

Forever he'll be a dee legend but I sure am.

Those are his positive benefits. On the downside, i think he shirks the contest a fair bit can be a little selfish at times. He does remind me a little of our own Kade Chandler - perhaps a bigger bodied version of him.

I got crickets - so far.

Manager making a statement and leading a merry dance. He is not going to Adelaide. Guaranteed

Rachelle sounds great, but Darcy Fogarty certainly is intriguing since we reckon we've been crying out for a forward for a while...I wonder if we really need one or would prefer a Rachelle and just get our forwards up to scratch, we have quite a few young gun forwards up and coming that could be very very good in JVR plus Kentfield and Noah Yze but they are unknowns...but might be awesome!

I'm still good with my original idea - 6 + Flanders for Petracca + 23.

Adelaide give us 14 +41 + F1 for Petracca and we hand that on to GC with 23 for 6 + Flanders.

14 + 23 + 41 is more a lot more points than 6 and they get Adelaide's F1 for Flanders.

Pretty straightforward.
