2025 AFL suspensions, MRO and Tribunal tracker

Every suspension, fine and dismissed charge of the 2025 AFL season.

Edited by John Crow Batty

The bias is as clear as day, the tribunal might as well wear their colours.

If your not playing for Collingwood you’re already guilty.

Cmon guys. you cant be seriously suggesting that a person who played 132 games and in a flag for a club would be BIASED towards their old club?

THATS RIDICULOUS

And the collective club presidents are saying what?

Afl is corrupt in this and many other issues

The minimum should be move this Christrian on what are his qualifications for the job

How the [censored] did Moore not get sighted.

He got sighted all right. We all saw it.

The real question is why was nothing done about it.

Average MRO charges is 18 per club this season so far. Collingwood have only 6. 👁️🦆🚶🏼🦆🗣️🦆=🦆

Moore deserved punishment for the knee BUT they also cleared Hugh Jackson for his knee on Zorko, so they're at least being a little consistent here. Both deserved punishment however.

Ever since Broady Boy stuck his nose in.

You ok, dear?

I find it funny that you think that he can be a dirty sniper.

When he gets suspended for his bumps, he only impacts his team. If you don’t see that, you’re the height of ignorance.

Mods, I'm not liking this gutter language above.

I have no intention to offend you, and if I did I apologize. I certainly didn’t appreciate your comment saying my opinion is the height of ignorance and essentially that it’s wrong when I am completely entitled to have my opinion.

Finn Maginnes who suffered a lacerated kidney from a knock might be very interested in that ruling.

Darcy is now a recidivist in injuring players with his knees and yet escapes punishment every time.

Jack Reiwoldt, Garry Lyon and even Nathan Buckley said he should have been suspended.

Just like Greene and his kicking during marking attempts. One has a tax named after him whilst the other gets away scott free.

Can anyone seriously think that Michael Christian is NOT biased?

Moore assaulted the Docker, lying on the ground, with his full weight via his knees. We have already seen him nearly kill one player, and this, with the opponent fixed on the ground could have been even worse. Yet MC says nothing to see!!

I wonder how he would view it if say a Daicos were to suffer a severe injury from a solid knee to the body, like in the Petracca case, or even worse in this week's one?

IF the AFL continue to reappoint him they clearly have an agenda.

Toby Greene will be suspended for that deliberate elbow to the head, of a defenceless Heeney, pinned on the ground by Greenes’ team mates.

It was not careless or reckless, but clearly deliberate and could have led to a serious injury.

Toby has plenty of form.

Won’t need to worry about Gleeson’s waffle in this one.

Suspended for one match, as predicted.

What are you like with tattslotto numbers, @Redleg ?

One week for coming in late to a tackle you were not involved in, to hit someone in the head.

Thank god he wasn’t contesting a ground ball 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

AFL is broken

IMHO he should have got a lot more. Deliberately elbowing a defenceless opponent in the head when being held on the ground? And not even being involved in the tackle? A lot of potential for serious damage there. But unfortunately we have all come to expect nonsense from the AFL ...

Like this last week that didn’t even get a free against.

Why do we have an MRO, and not an MRP (panel) like we used to? Giving the entire responsibility to one person seems a strange move, regardless of who that one person is.

it got a 50m penalty and all the wonderful media maggots agreed that was sufficient and so the MRO had all that he needed to look the other way.

Toby tax in play again. No way Daics or Cripps gets a week for that

How the hell does Toby Green only get one match for that??? Surely not.

So obviously deliberate. He targeted opponents head with a dropped elbow, full weighti of his body. Green has a history of sniping a mile long.

If it were Kossie it would be 4-6, more certain than death and taxes

Not going to happen for the love child club of the AFL

And don't get me started about that [censored] hole Darcy Moore and his weekly knee-fest. The guy has so many ribs embedded in his knee, he's like a Transformer

I have never ever won more than the lowest division and have therefore never got my money back on any ticket I have bought over the years.

That is the truthful answer.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #42 Aidan Johnson

The VFL premiership player was recruited from Werribee to alleviate Melbourne’s forward line woes and give a chop out in the ruck, but he managed only five senior matches in his first season at the club. At times, he was a dominant force at VFL level.

  • 2025 Player Reviews: #44 Luker Kentfield

An exciting young key forward, Kentfield was selected in the 2024 mid-season draft but has yet to make his AFL debut. He was sidelined by a severe bout of pneumonia over the summer, which consequently limited his pre-season. Upon his return a month into the season, he commenced in defence but ultimately impressed with his progress at Casey, particularly in the latter part of the season as a strong marking goal kicking forward.

  • AFLW REPORT: West Coast

Melbourne’s response to last week’s heartbreak was emphatic, as the Demons delivered a statement win over West Coast at a windswept Casey Fields. All of the pre-match hype surrounded the coach’s box matchup of Mick Stinear up against his apprentice, Daisy Pearce along with the gloomy weather forecast. In the end, it was less about tactical chess and more about Melbourne’s relentless execution. With rain looming, the DeeArmy and early birds snapped up the best undercover viewing spots.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: West Coast

Epic battle alert.  This Sunday, Casey Fields hosts a coach’s showdown pitting the wits of the master Mick Stinear (92 games, 71.7% win rate) against his protégé Daisy Pearce (16 games, 43.8%). Still early in her coaching journey, Daisy’s record doesn’t yet reflect her impact — but she’s already the best-performed coach at West Coast.Dais’ is mythic.  Like Katniss Everdeen, everyone either wants to kiss her, kill her (sporting metaphor) or be her.  Toothers Daisy Pearce is a role model, someone admired for their heart, humility and humour.

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.
