Must've scraped the mucus off a lot of horny dolphins to make those.

Snot very nice to do that just for the porpoise of making perfume.

If you sign up to their email marketing you get a free 'scented miniature'. I now have an ambition to get every member of Demonland to sign up and stockpile them.

miniature what?

Isn't he a bit too short and skinny to play inside midfield?

He has practically the same frame as naoicos. Just needs to put on a little muscle, helps he’s a tough [censored] and isn’t bothered by physicality.

There's not much that is free these days.

And what you get is not worth the price !

I think it’s time to give ghosty her perfume, isn’t it?

Come on Judd, announce it already.

Ahh, I knew I smelled a rat.

A premium Versailles-inspired rat, to be sure. A rat Louis the XIVth would be proud to have crawling up his drain.

My brother in law, who barracks for Collingwood and is very successful, which I find very confusing, exclusively uses it

His 16yo son rocks it to school

it does smell very very good

I don't think I said "inside mid"?

Having a dreadful year. Paying the penalty for being rushed back in without any form.

Regularly loses his man, hesitates, fumbles, lacks confidence, has lost all attacking flair & is a shadow of his former self.

Yes, yet another player who has been parachuted back into the side on reputation without having any form or fitness. Same goes for Lever, Spargo, Petty, Viney, May and others.

Surely Judd can also see that not making a decision on his future is having a negative impact on his football.

I can understand if he's re-assessing his options

that said, he's had a really poor year so he won't be inundated with offers from other clubs

of our weak links since coming back into the team. bereft of confidence (& skill).

which wa team would want him given his form this season?

East Fremantle

if you are reading body language, performance and actions.....

no announcement with 4 weeks to go - when it was supposedly imminent weeks ago - and a big drop off in form.....

startplanning for 2026 without mcvee and start planning for what we get for him.

Definitely - based on the balance of probabilities and noting the typical tendency of AFL players not signing by the half-way mark of their final contracted season, you'd say he's gone. Stranger things have happened, but this isn't looking great based on the optics. It would be disappointing to lose him - he's exactly the type of player we need more of.

That is funny,LJ to play 2nd ruck, don't think so

LJ wants to come back. When we drafted him JT said we see him as a midfielder not necessarily a ruckman. I don't think he would care waiting a couple of years for Gawn to retire. Unlike Grundy he can play as a forward.

McVee has struggled this year off no preseason and I love him but I've been told he is not going to West Coast in what I think was pretty pointed remark

I will be surprised if he isn't in the Luke Jackson trade.

The Jackson trade won't happen, this year.

He wants to come back yeh but the likelihood of it being us is extremely low.

Unless we the club are willing to part with more than some supporters would like.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Collingwood

Narrm time isn’t a standard concept—it’s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.

  • AFLW REPORT: St. Kilda

The Dees demolished the Saints in a comprehensive 74-pointshellacking.  We filled our boots with percentage — now a whopping 520.7% — and sit atop the AFLW ladder. Melbourne’s game plan is on fire, and the competition is officially on notice.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

It was yet another disappointing outcome in a disappointing year, with Melbourne missing the finals for the second consecutive season. Indeed, it wasn’t even close, as the Demons' tally of seven wins was less than half the number required to rank among the top eight teams in the competition. When the dust of the game settled and supporters reflected on Melbourne's  six-point defeat at the hands of close game specialists Collingwood, Max Gawn's words about his team’s unfulfilled potential rang true … well, almost.
