Vids to come shortly.

More importantly… all-time favourite songs:

Bowser: Sweet Lies - Fleetwood Mac

BBB: The Car Song - The Cat Empire

Clarrie: I Remember Everything - Zach Bryan

Langers: Heroes - David Bowie

Same question, totally different ways of answering:

Bowser didn’t have to think. I had barely finished the word “… song?” and he blurted out his choice.

BBB gave me the beautiful backstory of how when he and Hester first met they bonded over their love of The Cat Empire and attended many of the band’s gigs.

With Clarrie it was like getting blood from a stone. It took so long to get an answer that I was almost in the rooms at AAMI, and we began the convo at Gosch’s! At first he called out to Max “Hey Gawny! What’s my all-time favourite song?” Maxy said a song title and Clarrie said, “Nah it’s not that one anymore.” He kept saying he had several in mind but he  couldn’t pick just one. In the end it took for me to say, “If I had a gun to your head right now, what would be your FAVOURITE BLOODY SONG???”

Langers didn’t have to think long about it. He said, “Heroes, David Bowie.” I asked, “ Bowie fan? Or just a fan of that song?” He said, “Huge Bowie fan.” I showed him my Bowie tattoo and he was like “That’s so cool!” And I’m not 100% sure but I think we’re engaged now 😝

edit: two years ago I asked Goody the question and he chose My Happiness by Powderfinger. I asked him today if that’s changed and it hasn’t. Guess he is stubborn after all 😉

Tom Morris - You’re so vain.

might be time to check out the Aus top 50 charts WCW

I know its been a while  😂

Can't believe they've dropped Laurie after his game last week.

Didn't think Tholstrup was playing great footy to be an automatic inclusion and if Hunter comes in off poor form and recent injury then it's just baffling. No disrespect to Hunter but would rather see Woewodin or Howes on the wing than him.

Where are you hearing Laurie’s been dropped?

Rainbow babies are very special.

Is a rainbow baby the one you have after the son comes out?

No, it’s a baby born after miscarriage or stillbirth.

Mmmm ..... must have been watching a different energetic hard tackling youngster.

Just going by your videos. He was training with the seconds team in the bottom two videos you posted and I didn't sight him in any of the clips with the senior team.

How dare you respond to my lame gag with a factual post!

I like him, don't get me wrong. But his freo game was well below the standard before he got concussed. Expected inconsistencies given its his first year. Not an automatic selection for mine at this stage of his career. I suspect he'll be a permanent best 22 player next year though.

Well most people usually melt when he's in the team so I'm predicting generalise apathy with a hint of confusion.

Bowie is actually pronounced as Bowey.

Why does Tmac run like hes got a carrot up his bum

Thanks WCW greatly appreciated and how good is it having all those happy kids running around the club, can’t remember seeing happy children at training with RDB, Northey or even Danners when coaching. Lol.!!

Under the lights, in front of a packed house, this is where moments are made. Can the Dees rise to the occasion and deliver on the big stage, or will Richmond spoil the night? • NON-MFC: Round 7

Round 7 is here, with the ANZAC commemoration games taking centre stage. Who are you tipping this week, and which results would be most favourable for the Demons?

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.

Before Sunday, the last time the Brisbane Lions had walked onto the turf of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, they celebrated the pinnacle of the sport - an AFL premiership secured in emphatic fashion for the second consecutive year.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

From the outset, the Casey Demons lacked any spring in their steps. They were out-hustled and out-bustled and finally outplayed by the Brisbane Lions by 38 points on their home turf in perfect conditions at Casey Fields.
