Langdon playing a good quarter.

Providing heaps of run and we're actually using him offensively which we stopped doing in 2023.

Hawthorn's style of footy is tedious.

4 billion sideways possessions and no attack....

Reminds me of … well MFC for many years …

We need to stay sharp when the Hawks release Frostball: destroyer of systems.

Dont ever bad Nibbles again you lot.Playing a blinder

For all the young kiddies on here

Hawthorn smashed us up for Decades in the 70’s, 80’s

Their Supporter Arrogance was absolutely off the charts

This Club need to be slaughtered for many years.
Never feel sorry for them….

Gerard Healy’s anti Melbourne commentary is nauseating

Honestly hope they’ve deleted him off all past players contact lists, absolute [censored]

Windsor going to be a great player for us

I've very curious to see how Langdon goes with the significant changes of personnel in related roles given all the movements of Brayshaw, Billings, Windsor and Hunter among others.

So far this season he's been fine without rocking the stadium but something has felt good about it, and that was definitely a very good first quarter.

Most entertaining stat line at 1/4 time - Sicily on track to have 60 touches, 36 marks, and to have 8 goals kicked on him

It's the Kossie show. great mark and set shot

That goal umpire cannot help himself. Smiles each time the Dee’s get a goal

Kozzie has started brilliantly

Tracca too.

Is there anything better than Clayton Oliver’s toughness followed by his smile?

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
