Perry’s looking more comfortable this week and is strong overhead.

Jordan is playing with confidence and has had some good run and carry plays.

Viney is getting the attention usually reserved for Clarry and Trac.

May and Lever very strong.

Brown providing a strong option but needs to dig a litter deeper to cover stkilda’s defensive switch.

Langdon running into some form.

Melksham is dynamic and will hold his spot in the team.

I didn't go tonight either. I go every week, pay $1000 in memberships, sort of didn't feel like paying more to go to to a concrete jungle and get home by midnight again.

Yep same. Time slot is brutal. Especially living outside Melbs. Sometimes I do miss the all-Saturday arvo fixture.

Not at the game.

Can anyone explain why we're trying to switch the ball so much tonight?

I would expect it's because running it down a wing with 50 handballs allows the opposition to flood into our forward 50 and clog it up so it rebounds out or we try and kick snaps in a congested forward line.

We're switching but doing it very deep and slowly (Barry white style baby uhuh).

Might want to take on the corridor a bit more aggressively.

Not at the game either,. 😜

Brayshaw an absolute butcher -  44% efficiency and turns it we in terrible spots -  some of it is just careless -  needs to lift intensity.

Max and Kozzy a mile off.

Even just a genuine effort would be more than what he’s done so far. Doesn’t look like he’s trying tonight.

Do we have a nickname for Taj? (Where “Taj” could be akin to Steve for Steve Irwin - another Australian legend)

I like WW2 (Woewodin 2)

Have liked Jordon’s game. He’s added a bit.

Spargo!!!

Say what you will about Melksham but he leads

as does brown

Grundy should have given away a free there.

May playing an absolute blinder.

Selection of Spargo and Melksham has been much criticized. Both are doing far better than the much-vaunted Kozzie.  It's baffling and frustrating because we all know how dynamic Kozzie can be.

He's had 1 touch tonight and had had a poor season to date

But for whatever reason, we'd rather express our ire towards players who are in the thick of things and who are constantly under pressure with their disposals

At least they are getting the damn ball and not hanging out the back ... spectating
