No Way Do Not Want GIF

Based on us losing Jayden Hunt, would this bloke be worth a try?

i dunno, it sounds kinda stupid.

No thanks. Why do you think there has been no chat in this thread?

Only bother if the club will invest in a chaperone and a baggage handler to accomodate him. And if we give up nothing to get him.

In other words, no thanks.

On Ch 9 news. Dees doing due diligence on Hunter who wants a fresh start or the Bullies want him to have a fresh start??

Fortunately he has notifications on for my threads

Hunter and Grundy! You beauty.

Now if you we can just trade for Jack Darling, Tim Kelly and Daniel Talia we’ll be certainties for the 2019 flag.

Hunter has had some good seasons. This year wasn't one of them.

At his best, he'd be a very good fit on the wing, because he knows how to find the ball, and is an excellent kick.

The Due Diligence is key. Hunter is a ratbag.

Can only kick it 30m at a time. Accurate, but doesn’t get over zones

Well if Demonlanders love Spargo, then they'll absolutely love Hunter. The difference is Hunter knows how to find the ball.

We will get the best out of Hunter like we did with Langdon

Doesn't look like I have many friends here, but I like Hunter the player. We desperately need a wingman to play the other side to Langdon and Hunter fits the bill. Better user and more damaging than Jordon.

Can't speak to the off field stuff - assume we do our due diligence etc.

The other difference is Spargo’s a good pressure forward who doesn’t have to kick long. Hunter’s a wing.

Langdon was playing great footy at Freo and just hitting his prime. There’s a myth the demons created him. Much different to trying to turn back the years on Hunter

  • REPORT: Western Bulldogs

The next coach of the Melbourne Football Club faces the challenge of teaching his players how to win games against all comers. At times during this tumultuous season, that task has seemed daunting, made more so in light of the surprise news last week of the sacking of premiership coach Simon Goodwin. However, there were also some positive signs from yesterday’s match against the Western Bulldogs that the challenge may not be as difficult as one might think. The two sides presented a genuine football spectacle, featuring pulsating competitive play with eight lead changes throughout the afternoon, in a display befitting a finals match. The result could have gone either way and in the end, it came down to which team could produce the most desperate of acts to provide a winning result. It was the Bulldogs who had their season on the line that won out by a six point margin that fitted the game and the effort of both sides.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

The rain had been falling heavily in south east Queensland when the match began at Springfield, west of Brisbane. The teams exchanged early goals and then the Casey Demons proceeded like a house on fire in the penultimate game of the VFL season against a strong opponent in the Brisbane Lions. Sparked by strong play around the ground by seasoned players in Charlie Spargo and Jack Billings, a strong effort from Bailey Laurie and promising work from youngsters in Kynan Brown and  Koltyn Tholstrup, the Demons with multiple goal kickers firing, raced to a 27 point lead late in the opening stanza. A highlight was a wonderful goal from Laurie who brilliantly sidestepped two opponents and kicked beautifully from 45 metres out.
