Some selfish play there tonight by a few of our boys cost a couple of better shots on goals.

Watching the game with my father in law who follows the dogs, bloody infuriating as he continually claims more frees should be paid against us and claims none of ours should be paid 😒

Assume he’s wandered off to bed now @—coach— hahaha.

I don't think ANB has lost a contest in the middle all game.

Tmac with every right to go for goal. Nails Fritsch on the lead.

Love this team.

I wish, he’s still banging on about every free that we get not actually being a free

Hahahahaha I’m sure he’s just hating the smug glow emanating off you (from all Dees fans)!!!

Bang bang bang bang bang bang bang etc

Demon blitz.

I'm already grinning about how much I'm going to enjoy the replay.

  • POSTGAME: Collingwood

Despite effectively playing against four extra opponents, the Dees controlled much of the match. However, their inaccuracy in front of goal and inability to convert dominance in clearances and inside 50s ultimately cost them dearly, falling to a heartbreaking one-point loss on King’s Birthday.

  • CASEY: Collingwood

It was freezing cold at Mission Whitten Stadium where only the brave came out in the rain to watch a game that turned out to be as miserable as the weather.
The Casey Demons secured their third consecutive victory, earning the four premiership points and credit for defeating a highly regarded Collingwood side, but achieved little else. Apart perhaps from setting the scene for Monday’s big game at the MCG and the Ice Challenge that precedes it.
Neither team showcased significant skill in the bleak and greasy conditions, at a location that was far from either’s home territory. Even the field umpires forgot where they were and experienced a challenging evening, but no further comment is necessary.
