Any idea if you need a member code for every ticket you buy today. Or can 1 code buy up to 10 tickets?

A limit of ten (10) tickets per transaction applies. You can access up to ten (10) tickets per code. This means, if booking with other members or non-members, you only need one (1) code to access up to 10 tickets.

Any idea where the stage will be positioned?

Not sure whether to use MCC or MFC Membership to grab the tickets today

I would think facing towards the Members Stand

Presume an email will drop in my inbox before tix go on sale.

Phoned the club and for reasons unknown to me I was marked as choosing not to receive marketing emails.

The 10 tix per transaction is interesting. Hope they have not wildly underestimated demand or there could be some unhappy campers!

not sure i'd call this a "marketing" email. especially as it is a free offer

37 year MFC member here who receives all sorts of marketing garbage from the club and is yet to receive any communication on this event. It has been eight weeks since the grand final - they have had plenty of time to get themselves organised. I don't see why I should have to call them to work out what is going on here.

the club know how many members they have

they know how many emails they sent out

ergo, they must be aware of the discrepancy

AFL members (Melbourne Club Support) can expect an email shortly with a code

Don’t know what’s worse, not receiving my members code or being on hold on the phone to the club for 30 minutes and having the girl continually interrupting the playing of our song telling me ‘they are experiencing an extremely high volume of calls and my patience would be appreciated’……………….let me listen to the song without cutting in dammit

Got through after 40 wonderful minutes on hold (not being facetious) listening to the theme song playing on a loop, minus the annoying interruption of being told the high volume of calls = waiting. As alluded to by @gwsampso, there has been a delay with AFL club support members getting their codes (but is being fixed at the minute).

Those yet to receive their code, give the club membership line a call and they send an e-mail with your code instantly. Sure it’s 30+ minutes on hold, but there are worse ways to spend the time (FYI, just have the phone on loud speaker so everyone in the office can hear the song too 😀).

Does anyone know if this will be live streamed?

I'm currently based in the US so would like to be able to watch!

So meta.

You would be watching us watch the replay of the grand final - which we all will have watched previously.

Insert exploding colours giph here.

Apologies, just going off what I was told.

Given the 2pm deadline and an email out issue that might not resolve itself in time it maybe best to email or call

Ticket sales should be halted until they get this fixed, this is just pathetic.

Football club members should be given the highest priority, not the lowest.

And the lack of official acknowledgment of a problem is even more disappointing.

Queue already on ticketek for tickets

Had a look around ticketek earlier, Justin Bieber tickets are on sale today too, which is adding to the website queues/traffic

Same I asked for M50 as this is where we normally sit but I believe the opposite wing must be where the stage will face so I don’t mind at all.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
