They have worked it out already.

Yeah i forget they have internet these days...

How can you not like Cody Weightman? The kid loves footy, loves his team, and is riding every bump even from the sidelines.

What a disgraceful display of umpiring yet again. The love fest for the Dogs is mind boggling.

Shake my head at that rule sometimes. Players can’t just disappear into thin air.

A very confusing 50 meters there - and a shocking deliberate - Johannsen deserved to miss that.  Karma

Unfortunately the umps can't kick it for them

Both clear frees (clearly handball toward the boundary, and clearly dived on the footy).

Logged in just to chime in on the disgusting umpiring in this match. It is farcical how protected the Bulldogs are.

Rooting hard for the Lions now. Screw the Dogs, with 3 extra players on the field falling over themselves to pull free kicks out of their [censored].

Love the Bronx cheer for the miss. Definitely one thing the fake crowds haven't captured.

Started out not giving a toss about this game but I'm all Lions now. Bugger these cheats.

Yep. Need to get rid of these umpire fan girling cheats.

And you’d love him at Melbourne

Sure, I'd love him at Melbourne, but he's not is he? I'd have taken Selwood and Dangerfield for years as well, but they're both arrogant nufties too.

WORST DISPLAY OF UMPIRING EVER CLEARLY BIASED ! Needs a Royal Commision

Dogs must have Goat photos

Neither would ever be paid to a team in Bulldogs colours. And that is the real issue.

This game has howling umpire mistake costs Brisbane the game in the final seconds vibe all over it.

As binman would say, it's not the frees paid, but the frees not paid.

I assume you are taking the pizz! Handball was to the vicinity of a team member near the boundary not deep in defence but around the wing, appalling decision. And McCluggage was it fell back on top of the ball he did not drag it back in.

Obvious push in the back against Treloar went completely ignored before the last Johannisen goal.

One-eyed umps only pulling frees against Brisbane out of their [censored].

It’s not only the extra free kicks the Dogs get, it is also how quick the whistle goes whenever the umps see an opportunity to give them one. Has anyone else noticed this? Blatant.

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
