Down to just two undefeated sides!

Yep and it presents as a great opportunity to skip away and create the 4 point buffer.

We have a chance to be top two and 2 games clear of fourth. We must take this opportunity bu the scruff for the neck and really hammer the hawks.

That was a great finish to the sydney/giants game. But gws should have won by having all those shots on goal. But it was good for us the giants winning. Hopefully we get up tomorrow go a game clear of the swans and keep on pace with the dogs.

But Toby kicking 1-7 that nearly hurt them.

The other good thing is the giants have gone past essendon and collingwood and pushed them down a spot each.

Happy we didn't meet GWS with them making that effort.

Thought they were going to run out of puff.

Good desperate game.

Sydney didn't handle the pressure.

Hmmnn .... The chance to capitalise on an opportunity doesn't often end well with us.

That is what needs to change.
capitolize when opportunities present

As much as I despise GWS and it pains me to see them win, that Sydney loss is bloody good for us.

Watched the whole Bulldogs game.  Dogs impressive. Suns were poor and have injuries.

One area the Dogs have advantage over us the pace of Treloar and Bailey Smith. They really breaks away with the footy after Bont, Libba, Dunkley, Macrae win the footy.

Only if we win.

First time I've ever barracked for the Giants. Felt good to get a win in my first outing for them.

Swans already starting to show their true colours. Will be lucky to make finals. Wicks with 6 touches, Warner 13. If Greene had not kicked 7 behinds in a row it would have not been close at all. We should handle the swans easily. Losing Rampe and Heeney hurts them significantly

  • REPORT: Hawthorn

The final score in Saturday's game against Hawthorn was almost identical to that from their last contest three months ago. Melbourne suffered comprehensive defeats in both games, but the similarities ended there. When they met in Round 9, the Demons were resurgent, seeking to redeem themselves after a lacklustre start to the season. They approached the game with vigour and dynamism, and were highly competitive for the first three quarters, during which they were at least on par with the Hawks. In the final term, they lapsed into error and were ultimately overrun, but the final result did not accurately reflect their effort and commitment throughout the match.

  • CASEY: Box Hill

The Casey Demons ended the regular season on a positive note and gained substantial momentum leading into the finals when they knocked the Box Hill Hawks off the top of the VFL ladder in their final round clash at Casey Fields. More importantly, they moved out of a wild card position in the finals race and secured a week's rest as they leapfrogged up the ladder into fifth place with their decisive 23-point victory over the team that had been the dominant force in the competition for most of the season.
