I don’t but as for the “scarf is ok wearers”, the amount of times I’ve sat in the Redlegs and as the goals pile on against us and another loss is inevitable they (the men) take off their scarfs, fold them up and give them to their wife’s to put into their handbags. The stairwell behind the level 2 members area is another popular spot for this behaviour.

I have never taken off my scarf BA. However there has been occasions when I left it home.

Ha ha.

I Have been a Supporter of The Mighty Demons since about 1969

I saw my first Demon game in Round 1 1971 (50 Years!! ago) i still remember it vividly, we Smashed South Melbourne!

But not once have i ever been into The Demon Shop. The location of said business is just so bad.
i have always wished The Demon Shop was in the City Square, or in The Melbourne Town Hall. Then i would frequent it often

We are Melbourne.

Maybe they would sell more merchandise if they didn't plaster sponsor logos all over the polos and jackets. Football jumpers I understand, but that's it. I get that these companies pay us plenty of money, but who wants to walk around with Zurich and Jaguar logos on a polo?

I may have told this story before (I am getting to an age where I seem to repeat myself), but i won 2nd prize in the raffle in the members area ($50 voucher to the Demon shop). I went to the shop and was told that I could spend the $50 but I wasn't eligible for the members 10% discount. Now I have spent hundreds of $$$ (not begrudgingly) in the Demon raffles, and it seemed a bit of a kick in the teeth

I wonder when the 2021 range will be released? I’ve been monitoring the site since Xmas.

The club have received the 2021 New Balance range and are in the process of preparing it for online sale. The new stock is in store though.

I am told that what you suggest does not sell poita. I like you  would prefer more simple stuff.  It seems only the stuff with logos over it sells. I was told the majority of people who buy this merchandise are under 35. That is wear it .

Not sure any of us have gotten over 2019 dannyz. They have been having a sale so perhaps it is all sold out before the arrival of 2021 gear.

It would have been nice to see an updated jumper design from NB. They’ve been using the same template for a number of years now. It doesn’t really encourage sales. I am not advocating a change to the jumper itself, but subtle changes to the physical design help with sales of jerseys.

if the NB site is accurate, it looks as though the MCC logo is now on the rear of the retail versions of the jumper. That’s assuming it’s accurate. Previously, it was only on the player issues

I just rang The Demon Shop as I had planned to go in pre match and buy a jacket.

"Oh we don't have those in stock, you can only buy them online"

As there is no online description of the item, I asked about the material . The  quick echo of a keyboard told me the salesperson was looking up the same description as me .

" Oh ... well ... I think it's ......."

So then I went to sizing and started to tell her my height etc.

" Oh .... I don't really have a size chart but if it's the wrong size you can send it back."

No sale!!!!!

Still true though isn't it!

Ordered a new balance jumper from the Demon Shop online and the Narrm pin set.  I selected ordinary post and was very impressed when it arrived within 3 days, since I'm interstate!  Although the sizing is dreadful so I'm going to have to get the hem taken up.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
