Oliver dinky handball costs us a goal.

May and Lever are the main reason we’re not bottom four at this point.

Nice handball from Oliver, straight to St Kilda for a goal.....Good Lord we are dumb.

Sorry Wise I’m not stalking with all the reply’s but Vanders has been average, at best all season.

No need to apologise mate.

Yes, again, I've probably given him a little more rope as I'm a fan, but he certainly hasn't set the world alight this year.

6-1 in centre clearances St Kildas way. Our midfielder coach is pathetic, can’t remember the last time we won the game from the midfield.

Its beyond pathetic.

Make that 7-1

Make that 8-1

8-1 centre clearances.

Gawn almost looks cooked to me.  Too lacks a dazy for mine.  He just isnt playing with enough intensity for this level.

Thank god our game plan doesn’t rely on winning clearances or contested possessions.

FYI we've never beaten a Ratten coached team.

Interesting attempt at 'lackadaisical' there, Rusty!

FFS we are stuffing up everything.  It's embarrassing.

and now Oliver again!

Petracca needs to go through the midfield now.

Oliver ANOTHER dinky handball nearly costs us a goal. Needs to cut it out of his game.

May is a rock down back. Should be All Australian.

Finals calibre team bullying an average team. Common theme since 2017.

We are so boring going up the wings every time!

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
