Tonight’s game is a tough one, having trouble deciding who to tip. Richmond have a couple of decent players out however really need to win to have any hope of a top 2 finish.

Time to engage in that perennial Melbourne supporter activity of picking a second team to follow for the rest of the year.

My favourite is GWS. The reason.... they're like fantasy football with their umpteen first round choices that you can then trade forever. Also their winning has little emotional impact upon anyone.

Tonight's a tough one .. the pretentious against the entitled (not quite as entitled as Hawthorn though.) In a lacklustre round as was last week there could be a few upsets so...

Richmond

Carlton

Gold Coast

GWS

Eagles

PS time to watch the World Cup... go Sam Kerr !!

I hope Gary Ablett is dealt with tonight.

Just a quiet elbow, would be somewhat appropriate karma to the little sniper...

It'll need to be Martin to do it as only Brownlow medalists are permitted to punch people on-field.

That was really terrible. Get the friggin cameras set up properly if you are going to do reviews. Will happen in a final one day.

That's it for me, will watch us but will not support this absolute fiasco of a sport, turned off the channel and the AFL.

I just don’t get it, they showed 3 angles which were inconclusive to me anyway, yet they decide it’s a behind. Then we get another angle where we can see it’s a clear goal. It really is unprofessional.

I thought it was a clear goal watching the normal speed before it was even replayed? Im staggered the goal umpire couldnt see that. Guess he was blocked, but hell!

Meanwhile they want to spend $millions on a new Logo design.

It is getting worse.

Good cameras can be bought for $1,000 +-

it is a joke and an indictment

The umps are blind. So many kicks going 8, 9, 10 metres being paid as marks. Then Hawkins is about to run over the mark and give away 50 but Geelong's Infringement Prevention Coach (aka the umpire) tells him to "Hold, Tom!!!" Since when is it the umps' job to coach the players?

Agree, and then watching the replays even without the front on camera you could see that there was absolutely no change in the rotation of the ball.

If the ball had of hit the post you would have noticed a change in it's rotation...

Poor goal umpiring and adjudication as well as poor pommy weather. I am not amused.

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc.
