The Other Preliminary Final

Featured Replies

Weird.... I am so excited for this game, it's really just hit me this will be our boys in less than 21 hours

i really dislike Collingwood and don't much like Richmond ,   and I think Richmond will be too strong from half time onwards.

But If we can make it a Demons v pies Grand Final  think of the extra supporters  who will join us next year should get to %0,000 easily and more.   If we win of course,  and the advertising opportunities for Melb next year.   So as much as I dislike it  come on pies ! in as low a voice as possible.

GO DEMONS !!

I hate Collingwood, but I also hate Tigers fans saying everyone else is playing for second. Pies by a point would be super

It appears that “incorrect disposal” is no longer a rule.

I wonder if we will get such latitude as Optus stadium tomorrow?

Far out BT can’t even commentate a set shot at goal.

He missed. Oh no he didn’t.

You don’t have to predict it mate

Do these commentators have any idea of tempo in their commentary.

Like a bunch of five year olds who have overindulged on red cordial

Pies gonna win. Insightful

Slipping and slithering....  but Gill the Dill wants a night GF.

I guess the guys at the polo club could play then get to the corporate box in time for the drinks.

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
