I went to a ladyboy show in Thailand a couple of years ago. (With my then girlfriend.)

It wasn't at all like a strip show. Pretty much just miming and dancing. I'd imagine the Melbourne show would be fairly similar. I can't imagine it attracting much of an audience here. It's pretty much just a tourist thing to do while overseas.

Heard Christopher from Camberwell on SEN this morning. He called in after KB and Dr Turf were discussing the possible damage (or otherwise) to the MFC in the event of Jesse Hogan deciding to leave the club and go home to WA.

Not sure where he was going with his call but they awarded him free tickets to some Thai lady boy show which he graciously declined.

Are we sure this isnt our very own RPFC?

However, he's very welcome anyway.

His sultry, slightly puffed tone of voice hadn't really altered @Cards13 - still asking inane questions... I suspect The Dees could when the premiership and he would either be finding fault in something, or finding fault in the fact that the commentators hadn't noticed something...

I love the fact that people are giving Chris his answers but he just keeps talking over them, oblivious!!

I cringe that he comes across as representative of a Melbourne supporter -  but the more I trawl through this website...

Eerily enough I actually met Satyriconhome at a game (long before I was on  Demonland so I can't really compare the two experiences).

Since then I have had the occasional conversation with fellow Demon supporters when I have ended up at games without my usual cadre. (Saturday @ Etihad being one case where I chatted with 3 or 4 random other Dee supporters).

I've often wondered if any of them are on Demonland but generally refrain from asking for various reasons.

None of the people I have met at games however, have had the uniqueness of Chris from Camberwell.

We don't wear waste product on our jumper and let us not not forget Norm Smith mentored John Kennedy Snr during the late '50's. They were close friends.

I wouldn'tmind winning 12 flags in 46 years if that means being like Whorethorn....

I was thinking more about their derogatory remarks when we were "down and out", and i used to get into their rooms at that hole of a ground.Snobby little parasites.

Then later at the MCG, bigger snobs....

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
