Good recovery. Nice kick from Gus.

Good to see you can a) throw it and b) drop it when tackled, and not be penalised

And he got a second chance to pick it up and still got pummeled.  Horrible non decision

Great vision from Milkshake to find Brayshaw....

Spargo should've tried to kick that.

he's not  a strong kick as yet .. but give it a year or two !!

Spargo might not have made the best choice when he passed it to Hannan, but he's showing why he's in the side at the moment.  Love his work around the footy and he doesn't look 'tired' in the slightest.

Greenwood slammed in a great tackle... play on.  I can't see how an umpire can't pay that.

TBH they didn’t ping Jetta a few mins later.

Did anyone see the "Jesse Hogan come to Freo" sign written in Crayon?

Talia did not make contact with the ball.....free kick in front of goal!

Plugger watching Plugger.

Still looks like he could get out and play..

Great kick by the Fritta!

Bayley Fritsch is one of the smartest and cleanest players in our side.  That pass then was sublime.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
