I'm not blaming the players. They have been given a crap system, that changes from week to week, and which is figured out by good coaches in about 15 minutes.

Hindsight is 20-20 but I don't rate him and never have. I don't get that he's consistently in our 22. [censored] me no end. There...I've said it.

The bomb it in and hope game plan does not work.

What even more amusing is that he tries a structure of 7 in the forward line, creating further congestion. We are effectively flooding our own forward line.

The bloke is an absolute Morton.

Yep people slammed a poster who said we lost this at selection but Pedo was a big omission .

Why does anyone actually expect us to put in. I didn’t see us play in the 60s but we have not shown anything for the last 40 years. The players simply don’t care, they never have. They know they will get pats on the back after a few good games and then collect their monthly pay cheque. We supporters have always been happy with a few wins here and there. Never demanded greatness the way he hawks do and get. I’ve said before, we are nothing and stand for nothing.

Hawthorn is so confident now,  Frawley has gone  forward. That tells you something.

do not see us making the eight this year. lost by 3 points to a very unimpressive geelong thus far. beaten brisbane and north (woooo!!!!) and being smashed by hawthorn.

and wtf goodwin, no wing players in first quarter- sure might work for a quarter but do you really think a genius in clarkson wont figure you out?

Im off home. Cant watch another second of that drivel. Could of spent it with my little girl, but against better judgment showed up.

Hope i never see Bugg again. Harmes is close behind. Lever wont be dropped as he is the golden boy but deserves too. 5 or so others that were average at BEST today.

Refusal or inability to adapt is a massive issue for us.

Harmes can join Bugg in the VFL

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence.
