Wow, Crows resting two stars.

This is frightening - if we lose tomorrow and we are in real trouble. Every Demon supporter in the land will be tuning in Sunday to the Eagles Crows match in total fear.

Beat the Pies, for the love of god.

If we lose tomorrow we don't deserve to make it anyhow. We really should beat the Pies by 40 points, they're not very good and missing some decent players. The key is to kill the game early however we don't have good form with that bar the Port and Bulldogs games.

HB: Nathan Jones, Tom McDonald, Jayden Hunt
C: Jordan Lewis, Christian Petracca, Christian Salem
HF: Clayton Oliver, Jesse Hogan  Jake Melksham
F: Jeff Garlett, Cameron Pedersen, James Harmes
FOLL: Max Gawn, Dom Tyson, Bernie Vince
I/C: Angus Brayshaw, Mitch Hannan, Alex Neal-Bullen, Jack Watts

I think that this is the best side we have named this season. Considering that we have Viney to come back from injury and the likes of Frost, Stretch, Bugg, Wiederman, Kennedy, Trengove, Maynard, Spencer, Wagner and Kennedy-Harris all lining up for Casey this weekend, Harmes, Hannan and ANB will all need to have a good game as I think that if Viney is to come in it will be out of those three to see who is watching from the stands. I think that if we get the 4 points against the Pies tomorrow we will have a good strong in form list to give the finals a good shake.

If we play anywhere near our best we will win going away. if we allow our intensity to drop a fraction we will be in a close fight.

My prediction is that we will win by 24 pts tomorrow.

I want to see the intensity we brought against the Dogs and Port. That was manic.

We will win by 10 goals. Pendles and Wells are their match winners and last time Brody Grundy had hit out after hit out to advantage.

We still won and jack watts broke their heart

I don't recall Kent Kingsley destroying us on debut.

Kingsley also had two 50 goal seasons. Despite his reputation around here being that of a dud who routinely destroyed us, the guy could clearly play.

More of a reference to no-name players who tend to kill us.

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

    TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

    TRAINING: Wednesday 11th December 2024

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov
