Picket Fence.

One of my favorite posters cos he a total nutter and his posts make me lol, but I knew as soon as he posted that I knew there would be no changes.

Take picket for his comedy and passion, not for his sources.

Let's just say that Picket is no fence sitter!

Jeff Kennett is one mixed mind, with his beyond blue hat he says he wishes he never brought in pokies into Vic, but with his hawks hat he says it fine that his club has the most pokies, and it is good for the club, you can't have it both ways. As Jesus says you are with me or against me, no in between.

Politicians are extremely good at compartmentalising especially when money's involved.

"Not one of these players has beaten North Melbourne."

Hibberd

Melksham

I was confident. Then came here and read all the confidence. Now I'm not confident.

Ol' Sandy a bit past his use by date.

We may win today "really should smash them" we may lose today but if we turn up with the wrong attitude I will be filty with the team. We should know that North believe they can beat us and we should know how much a win today means. Come on Dee's from the first bounce tear them apart.

Commentators keep saying that no player in the Melbourne side there today (Jones is out injured) has played in a winning side against Norf. Really? I'd be surprised if Melksham and/or Hibbert hadn't when playing for Essendon.

Decent commentary team at least.

Edit: except for Nick dal..."it's a bit blusty"

No score yet but we are bottling it up beautifully against a roaring gale.

Good signs.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
