Sounds like the commentators are barracking for Geelong, tonight.

Poor ole Bruce - couldn't believe a free was payed against 'the champ' (Dangerfield)

Geelong wasting their inside 50's.  1.5 from 17 whereas Port have 3.1 from 8.

It's embarrassing. Any time he goes near it. One stage he was simply tackled and apparently he was brillllllliant.

In the first 2 minutes he had a wobbly shot at goal that was clearly going wide, yet Bruce was riding it home as if it was going to be goal of the year.

Cats are a joke.  They rely on a couple of players and the rest are average.

Selwood drawing the high tackle by collapsing knees at the first sign of a tackle and the Ump pays it.

FFS it's a joke.

Dixon's bump was delicious.

A free kick only, surely he can't go for that when players are getting away with punches to the guts and jumper punches.

Did he get a Free kick for the bump?

Actually I'm not sure. Just saw a replay and a bit of a melee after, I just assumed.

Well, his brother got away with one earlier.

Looks like the umps are starting to go soft on that one, same with the free kick to Robbie Gray for in the back when he dived in front of Guthrie and took his legs out.

All the radio stations (ABC the best) and the TV are absolutely one-sided. It is painful to listen to.

I tipped Port tonight. Geelong are still a two-man team, so can't wait for them to fall.

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence.
