GAMEDAY - Round 21 (GROUNDHOG DAY)

Featured Replies

I wish we'd gotten the Port that didn't even show up last week. We always get teams on the rebound.

Luckily North got Hawthorn on their rebound this week.

3% reduction on North.  Another 3% each against the Swans and GWS brings them down to 102.5%.

Our % now is 102.58.

We just have to keep winning, a good win against the Blues would be handy though.

Port are probably in a better position than we are.

Us at home, Adelaide at home and Gold Coast away. Higher % too.

This is a huge game for them.

Won't be after tonight.

Agreed, but they were offensive last week and we were excellent.  I'm hoping that continues ?

I'm really hoping that last week has taught us to lower our eyes going inside 50. With Hogan back into the side, we don't want to revert to our old habits.

I think we might need to be patient tonight.  Port, on their home turf and after last weeks 'effort', will no doubt come out breathing fire and looking to kick a few early goals to get the crowd behind them.  You can see the downhill skiers now - Wingard, Gray, Ebert, Dixon, Westhoff etc will all be up and about and I think it may take some time to weather that storm.  If we can do that, and limit some of that potential early damage, then we can easily get on top and run all over them as the game wears on.

So, if Port do kick the first couple, there is no need to go and jump off the Westgate Bridge.

No late changes for either side.

Every time I see your username I think of this:

"Oh it's a scythe!"

Not sure how many will get that, but it always makes me smile nonetheless!

Whats the conditions like ar the ground?

Exact start time?

Couldn't be better conditions for footy. No wind, clear night, no dew.

Behind the g, adelaide oval is the best viewing for footy. Dees boys just walked off looking very confident, do not look intimidated at all. We haven't won a lot here over last 3 years, but we have taken it up to adelaide amd port each visit and won in 2014. Looking forward to it, go dees.

This is not going to be an easy game, I think we will win but we can't take it for granted.

After the Essendrug game i don't think we've done so. Just beaten by better teams on the day.

Still a very inexperienced unit so still expecting a few ups and downs. Hoping for the best tonight.

On the couch with my Demon dog on my lap ( in her new Dee dog jumper) anticipating a great night.❤️?

Riccuito special comments.

Kill me now.

Don't have a great feeling about this. Need to match them early, they'll be up and about.

Can someone explain to me why the crap we have to wear our alternate strip tonight?
