GAMEDAY - Round 2, 2016

For the first time, I'm prepared now to believe that Jesse's gone. Scully-like performance.

All day our bludgers trailed behind their opponent. Some of them didn't even get that close.

I hope landers predicting massive wins in the future just STFU

They broke even in the contest and just ran us off our legs.

When will we learn.

I am going to trawl through the Roos era and see our record in games we have gone in as favourites. Cannot remember a single win.

I dare say there will be some changes for next week.

I thought we were gonna win?

This was a danger game. Don't want to see M Jones play another game for Melbourne.

Hogan cost us a goal when he gave away that free when jones was sealing a goal

Throw Lamumba on that pile as well. he can rot at Casey with the other Collingwood spud Dawes.

I called this result 3 [censored] months ago and was hounded down as it was too laughably cynical. This was the most sure of sure wins, everyone said. Suggesting it would be a repeat of our embarrassing "sure thing" losses to Carlton, Essendon and St Kilda in 2015 was criticised.

Well there it is, folks. There it is! We did it, AGAIN. Once again we let the easiest opportunity for 2 in a row completely evaporate. And to the drug cheats of all [censored] clubs!

I just knew we would lose this match. The more things change the more they seem to stay the same with this club.

Still haven't won 2 in a row. Losing to a top up team. Players not putting in. Hogan being a sook.

Not good enough and frankly embarrassing.

Fark it's hard to be a Melbourne supporter. Honestly wish we would relocate under another name and put us out of our misery.

We just didn't want to run. And we couldn't win the contested ball despite boasting superior inside mids. Lack of effort across the board, pure and simple.
