club must have a go at this...just must...for jack, for the club and I bet every other club as well is hoping we do. thats just rubbish

Absolutely pathetic. Something is seriously wrong with the Tribunal system

Over to you Gillon.

Guilty

What the [censored] has happened to our once great game

Again, I want us to appeal, just like we did with Trengove, but I'm sure that again we'd lose if we did.

How anyone could have looked at the Chairman's five points and come to the conclusion of guilt is beyond me, genuinely beyond me.

GUILTY.

[censored] [censored] [censored]

(Be interested to know if it was us or them that introduced the idea of 'half a second' into it. Just watched the replay, and it's substantially less time even than that. It's friggin' milliseconds. "Why yes, let me predict the future so that I may pull a ballet move that wouldn't be physically possible even if I was Nuryev and we'd rehearsed it for months, that sounds like a reasonable alternative.")

Netball

actually Netball , hed get off.

RIP AFL

So what about Sylvias broken jaw then??

Why is it the landmark cases are always against us, first the travesty that was JT sling tackle (btw now everyone does it) and now this this bah !!!

If Selwood or J Brown did the same thing, they'd be praising the toughness and getting on with preparations for next week.

Ok once referred you are now guilty as nothing could have been more cloudy than this.

Game changed tonight.

We can appeal this right?

Generally to appeal this sort of decision you need to come up with new evidence that wasn't considered.

Those F*****ers on the tribunal have to show they are 'consistent'. They are protecting their other crap decisions.

Anyone in need of venting their fury, can I suggest the three members of the jury might be interested in your opinion?

That's Wayne Henwood, Emmett Dunne and Wayne Schimmelbusch. I'm sure they have a presence online somewhere that can be contacted.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
