Just a couple of questions about the mobile skin. How do I access this, and will it work on a Windows phone?

I don't have a windows phone so there is no way for me to check. If it does work it would automatically display for you.

Scroll down to the bottom left of any page on your phone. Does it say "Use Mobile Version"? If so click that link and it should take you to the mobile skin. If you don't want the mobile skin there is a button at the top and bottom of each page that says "Click Here For Full Site" and you will be redirected to the Full Site.

Let me know how you go as I don't have access to a windows phone to test.

Hmmm... I don't have the "Use Mobile Version" button. I still seem to have ads on the site using the mobile but not on a PC. No big deal as I don't use the phone version that often. It's probably a Windows phone issue.

you might have to do something like reset/flush the cache for the browser on the winphone. look for something like that

Thanks all who have donated or subscribed this time around. The contributions are very generous and very much appreciated. We are about half way to covering our hosting costs for the year. Keep it up and thanks again.

I just wanted to thank everyone who has taken out a subscription or has donated again. It is very much appreciated and every cent goes towards covering the costs associated with running the site.

I just want to remind everyone that on Monday the cost of an Annual and Lifetime subscription will be going up by $5.

This is your last chance to get the packages at 2013 prices.

This is the last few days you can take out a 2014 Demonland subscription at 2013 prices.

As of Monday the price for a Lifetime membership will go from $60 to $65.

As of Monday the price for an Annual membership will go from $25 to $30

    It was such a balmy spring evening for this mid-week BNCA Pink Lady match at our favourite venue Ikon Park between two teams that had not won a game since round one.   After last week’s insipid bombing, the DeeArmy banner correctly deemanded that our players ‘go in hard, go in strong, go in fighting’, and girl they sure did!   The first quarter goals by Alyssa Bannan and Alyssia Pisano were simply stunning, and it was 4 goals to nil by half-time.   Kudos to Mick Stinear.

    Last Saturday’s crushing loss to Fremantle, after being three goals ahead at three quarter time, should be motivation enough to bounce back for this very winnable Round 5 clash at Windy Hill.     Fremantle hosted the Demons on a sunny 20-degree Saturdayafternoon winning the toss and electing to defend in the first quarter against the 3-goal breeze favouring the Parry Street end. There was method here, as this would give the comeback queens, the Dockers, last use of the breeze. The Melbourne Coach had promised an improved performance, and we did start better than previous weeks, winning the ball out of the middle, using the breeze advantage and connecting to the forwards.

    Calling all fit players. Expect every available Melbourne player to board the Virgin cross-continent flight to Perth for this Round 4 clash on Saturday afternoon at Fremantle Oval.     With Casey Fields basking in sunshine, an enthusiastic throng of young Demons fans formed a guard of honour for the evergreen and much admired 75-gamer Paxy Paxman. As the home team ran out to play, Paxy’s banner promised that the Demons would bounce back from last week’s loss to Brisbane and reign supreme.   Disappointingly, the Kangaroos dominated the match to win by 50 points, but our Paxy certainly did her bit.  She was clearly our best player, sweeping well in defence.
