I want to hear what the apologists say now.

It is absolutely inexcusable to be getting toweled up by a bunch of kids.

Their mistakes and turnovers are keeping us in it.

.. and a lucky bounce through for goal.

Second time in history GWS have led at half time. 5 goals in a row. How F*****d is our club.

Scully pulling our pants down and sticking the fist straight in!! No lube either!

Half time:

MFC 49 GWS 56

Important stats:

Disposals - MFC 175 GWS 192

Clearances - MFC 19 GWS 20 (We lead them at qtr time)

Only the second time in history GWS have lead at half time.

Neeld needs to spray the players.

I am sick of hearing him saying 'the players need care', F#%K them, GRILL them, stick it right up them. SOFT.

And Clark is in the backline.

Seriously, you can f$#k off Neeld.

He's not in the backline, he's in the Ruck, staying behind the ball as he should.

Get a grip.

Scully still can't kick, I don't really think he's pulling our pants down.

He kicked a goal when Jones went down with a sore shoulder.

Jack Viney will end up 3 times a better player than Scully.

Tom Scully has no poise, he can rack em up as much as he wants, but they go no-where.

I could rack em up against this Melbourne outfit, means very little.

They have any number of fast, classy mids. We don't. Being beaten on spread and around the clearances.

Played at half back the last 10 minutes or so according to Triple M. I'm not at the ground unfortunately, so happy to be corrected.

Anyways, why have Jamar and Gawn and then play our best forward in the ruck?!

Agreed boys worring signs

What really disappoints me is not that we are behind (obviously not happy) or that we are getting out run in the midfield (clearly we are a slow poor midfield) - what really disappoints me is the boys look like they got ahead of themselves - 1 hand mark attempts - goint to ground too easy and lack of work rate.

With the lack of ball ups and stoppages this team looks incredibly slow

They need to pull their heads in and compete and do the 1% or we will lose

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
