HG:

Why have you revealed you are Col Garland's brother? Whatever serious things you plan to reveal that you think will help the club overcome its problems, how does that help?.

He revealed that long long ago.

HG:

Did you miss my post asking why you revealed you were Col Galand's brother? You've replied to posts since then, but not to my query.

I'm not having a go at you, genuinely asking and concerned about the consequences.

Edit to add: But less concerned given your last post.

Everyone knew from the start Sue, I introduced myself to Demonland that way and tried to give supporters an idea of what the clubs intentions were. Obviously you missed it.

I can understand why people might be assuming your post will be pretty full on, given your original statements about the CEO being a cancer, disagreements with McLardy, comments regarding Neeld's coaching, and all this with the added info that you claim to be Colin Garland's brother.

Some of you are acting like its the end of the world, it's not.

All I intend to do is tidy up a few loose ends/truths, nothing that will put the club into disrepute or my brother. Do you seriously think that I would try to sink the ship after 26 years of membership and many hours of my time.

I also have some Dom Barry info from the NT here too which I thought I'd already put up.

There is nothing wrong with me having an opinion, you all do, as does Lyon, Schwarz & Healy.

Many in the media write autobiographies that would say a lot worse than I would.

Then I suggest you read your post again because it does not appear the way you are saying it now.

If you thought anyone needed out of the club, who would you think would be the best person to remove in order to fix the clubs issues.

If that were a solution that is

And I still stand by what I said.

I thought that about Schwab since 1997.

And it's hard to argue about the coach at this stage, lets hope for some miracles.

HG what has happened since Darwin when you were waxing lyrical about the players and FD and how wonderful it all was up there. Something has happened and it cant just be Sunday's performance.

Darwin was great, Misson especially, players trained well. What are you talking about?

If something has happened since Darwin, I'm unaware of it to be honest.

    BOILED LOLLIES by The Oracle

In the space of a month Melbourne has gone from chocolates to boiled lollies in terms of its standing as a candidate for the AFL premiership.  The club faces its moment of truth against a badly bruised up Collingwood at the MCG. A win will give it some respite but even then, it won’t be regarded particularly well being against an opponent carrying the burden of an injured playing list. A loss would be a disaster. The Demons have gone from a six/two win/loss ratio and a strong percentag

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
