So i was in this league and was confirmed and just logged into my team to play around with some changes and now im not anymore, anyone know whats going on there?

I didnt want to hijack or confuse the existing Supercoach thread.

Demon Land 7 setup last years supercoach with 3 leagues, and did a great job in organising the various leagues

Stynes / Barassi / Neeld leagues based on your previous years scores to determine who went into the various leagues.

I have spoken to him about doing the same this year. He, like some of us is a bit busy atm.So I will put it out there

and if there is enough interest to continue with the same concept.

I'll start with 2 leagues Stynes and the Barassi Leagues, if need be setup 3rd league .

The Stynes league was the top 18 highest scoring coaches , followed by the next top 18 etc etc.

Following are the list of coaches from the 3 leagues from last year.
If those named and interested could confirm and post last years supercoach scores we can begin to arrange who goes into what league for this year.

I was hoping DL7 would fire it up, it was his baby but It doesnt look like it. I am looking after the DT leagues.

The confirmations I have put next to peoples names was to help DL7 with sorting out who was interested again this year. As I have no idea who is in what league from last year.

Going on confirmations of interests thus far, it seems like its fallen by the wayside.

I have 3 x SC leagues ready , if there is no interest to continue from 2012, with last years format .

I will throw all leagues open. 1st in, best dressed.

In the meantime without last years scores and the lack of interest so far. I will open up one of the SC leagues I have reserved. Unless there are any objections or a change of heart.

These leagues are non draft leagues.

The 1st Supercoach league code = 196541

Thanks DV, I've joined up and Norm Smith League is kind of apt. I was born in 56, what a year.

NP. plenty of spots left. Perhaps we can pick up the pieces and organise the leagues on a points basis for 2014, if we get the numbers to fill a couple of leagues.

I'm currently down as looking to be placed into a league, but am I able to just jump into this one or will another one be created for people who weren't in one last year?

The proposed 3 league tier, hit a snag and wont be happening. (See DL7's explainion in an early post in this thread) add to that, not enough confirmations came back to make 1 league let along 2. So its a free for all, and lots of spots left if needed.

One post left, who will be the lucky last?

The SC promotion / demotion concept went out the window, we are struggling to fill one league this year.

Done, i got the lucky last spot in Norm Smith. Good luck everyone.

LIVE AND LET DIE by Meggs

The Demons’ impressive late season charge to finals will most likely come unstuck this Saturday evening when the Bombers blow up the also-ran Blues in the Ikon Park double-header.   To mangle McCartney, what does it matter to ya? To have any chance to play next week Narrm has got a job to do and needs to do it well.  We’ve got to give the Pie sheilas hell, say live and let die! It’s Indigenous Round for this game and the chance to celebrate and engage with Aboriginal and Torres

Failed to fulfill the promise of his breakout six goal effort against the Tigers in 2023 and was generally disappointing as a key forward. It remains to be seen whether Simon Goodwin will persevere with him in attack or return him to the backline where he was an important cog in the club’s 2021 premiership success. 2024 Player Reviews: #22 Blake Howes

After a bright start to the season, playing mostly in defence, Howes seemed to lose his way in midseason but fought back with some good performances at Casey and finished the year back at AFL level. One to watch in 2024. Date of Birth: 7 March 2003 Height: 191cm Games MFC 2024: 15 Career Total:  15 Goals MFC 2024: 0 Career Total:  0 Games CDFC 2024: 6 Goals CDFC 2024: 0

Originally an NBL basketballer with the Brisbane Bullets, he moved across town in 2019 to the AFL Lions where he played 19 games before crossing to Melbourne where he was expected to fill a role as a back up ruckman/key forward. Unfortunately, didn’t quite get there although he did finish equal sixth in Casey’s best and fairest award. Date of Birth: 23 February 1999 Height: 198cm Games CDFC: 14 Goals CDFL: 13

Sadly, had to wrap up a great career in midstream on the back of multiple concussions which culminated in the Maynard hit in the 2023 Qualifying Final. His loss to the club was inestimable over and above his on field talent given his character and leadership qualities, all of which have been sorely missed. The son of former Demon Brownlow Medalist Shane, Taj added a further 16 games to his overall tally of games but a number were as substitute. He is slowly fitting into the team structure but without doing anything spectacular and needs to take further steps forward in 2025 for his career to progress.
