Yep, Nathan Jones is an outstanding young man- we are very lucky to have someone of his calibre at our club. He represents us like no other; his love of our club and his brothers is infectious.

Nice read.

Yep - It is a good read, and Jonesy is a great servant of the club.

But Nathan2jones.com????????? What a self serving piece of..

I mean really?

Obviously you're not familiar with professional athletes promoting their own brand.

It's quite a business savvy and common thing to do.

I don'tknow if this has been already posted, but I just jumped onto Nathan's website for a bit of gander, and he has written a very moving piece on his Tiwi experience - http://www.nathanjones.com.au/ Tiwi Times.

Our football club does a hell of a lot right these days.

It's a great read and made me feel proud to be part of this great club. The MFC is being really innovative with the way it deals with indigenous players, way ahead of the rest. We should all be proud

Oh no, I am familiar.

People like, Tiger Woods, Shane Warne, Michael Jordan, James Hird did one too, ..and then this little known kid from Frankston way, Nathan Jones.

you just let us know when you think Nathan Jones has become a good enough footballer to warrant having a website, you know, when he's as worthy as your bomber friend James Hird. Pathetic.

I think Jonesey might just be a little disappointed he didn't get a gig on our new banner for D'Land.

The Internet's not some ritzy, exclusive medium with rigid criteria. I could have a website of my own, if I wanted; and I haven't done anything more significant than making my own toast for years.

Ok ok, I get.

Melbourne players and or 'innovations' shouldn't subject to any criticism. Sorry.

Probably getting off topic now.

Anyway, how about those Dees..?

Baseless criticism? No.

Showing your true colours and they're not pretty.

What's wrong with having a URL that is actually self describing? Not self-serving at all and certainly a lot easier to remember.

i was talking about the demonland poster and his right to post here and go personally slagging off our players with such little reason to do so. Shouldn't be tolerated, this is a public place.

Isn't that exactly why it should be tolerated?

Rusty is free to speak his mind, and we are all free to ridicule him for his close-minded views.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield.
