If E25 is filling the void left by YM and the F-word then I am all for him.

He can be a d!ck, but YM was pointless to read for the monotonous regularity of MFC-love and delusion, and the other one hasn't had a decent idea or notion or argument on this place.

But that's just me.

And, according to some on here, I am in collusion with E...

I can't be trusted at all...

At Least YM made the Newspaper a couple of seasons ago...I am still waiting for a WYL comment to be immortalized in Print!! B)

There must be a few dud journalists who decipher what we write!

I'd watch the way they print your use of capitals!

There must be a few dud journalists who decipher what we write!

It'd be a fair effort. B)

I think Richmond have targetted Miller as a fantastic leader who will train his heart out to get the most out of his ability. If others on their list can mimic these attributes, the Richmond FD will be quite happy IMO.

We mustn't forget that, despite his limitations as a player, he was voted into our leadership group as recently as this season.

That, and the fact they have a lack of mature forwards, is what Richmond have talked about.

As for the Miller clip, there's a good argument to be made that Miller should have been proactive, but it was another example of Watts looking like he doesn't have much in the way of game smarts (something I'm surprised by, and something that concerns me the most about him).

I think the opposite.

I think Watts read the situation perfectly and drew the defender to release Miller, but Miller didn't know what to do & tried to put in a half-hearted shepherd, hanging Watts out to dry.

Ideally, Watts draws the defender, absorbs him leaving Miller open with the footy to find a decent target upfield.

I don't remember the moment and the clip vision isn't 'wide' enough for me to see what else is going on, but what is clear is that even if that was Watts' plan, it was clear it wasn't happening well before he kept running straight into the arms of a Collingwood lover tackler.

It's also not the only time he's been caught after hanging onto the footy for quite a while, unable to choose (?) an option.

    GAMEDAY: Rd 16 vs Brisbane

It's Game Day and the Dees are deep in the heart of enemy territory as they take on the Lions in Brisbane under the Friday Night Lights at the Gabba. Will the Demon finally be awakened and the season get back on track or will they meekly be sacrificed like lambs to the slaughter?

    UNBACKABLE by The Oracle

They’re billing the Brisbane Lions as a sleeping giant — the best team outside the top eight —and based on their form this month they’re a definite contender for September AFL action. Which is not exactly the best of news if you happen to be Melbourne, the visiting team this week up at the Gabba.  Even though they are placed ahead of their opponent on the AFL table, and they managed to stave off defeat in their last round victory over North Melbourne, this week’s visitors to the Sunshi

    WILDCARDS by KC from Casey

Casey’s season continued to drift into helplessness on Sunday when they lost another home game by a narrow margin, this time six points, in their Round 13 clash with North Melbourne’s VFL combination. The game was in stunning contrast to their last meeting at the same venue when Casey won the VFL Wildcard Match by 101 points. Back then, their standout players were Brodie Grundy and James Jordon who are starring in the AFL with ladder leaders, the Sydney Swans (it turned out to be their last

    LIFE SUPPORT by Whispering Jack

With Melbourne’s season hanging on a thread, Saturday night’s game against North Melbourne unfolded like a scene in a hospital emergency department.  The patient presented to the ward in a bad way. Doctors and nurses pumped life-saving medication into his body and, in the ensuing half hour, he responded with blood returning to his cheeks as he stirred back to life. After a slight relapse, the nurses pumped further medication into the bloodstream and the prognosis started looking good as the

POSTGAME: Rd 15 vs North Melbourne

GAMEDAY: Rd 15 vs North Melbourne

It's Game Day and it very well could be the last roll of the dice for the Demon's finals aspirations in 2024. A loss to the bottom side would be another embarrassing moment in a cursed year for the Dees whilst a win could be the spark they need to reignite the fire in the belly.
