Getting things under way.

I don't understand why they don't have Geelong v Casey as the curtain raiser when Melbourne plays here!

At least it's a win for the red and the blue (and they're singing Its a Grand Old Flag) because Port Melbourne score a win over Geelong VFL.

So Wona managed to stay in? I watched the replay and although he was lacking in fitness, he certainly hasn't lost his touch from what I saw. I'm hoping he's fitter for the run he had last week and can show us all what he's made of. Perhaps we'll even see a frog's leap.

No late changes to either side

and Gysberts WILL start in the centre, from the OPENING BOUNCE!

Big challenge for the young lad..

Its live here in perth, so i'll post if anything major happens, for all you poor buggers who have to wait an hour!

A fairly long interview with bails on the boundry before the 1st bounce, so keep an eye out for that too..

1st bounce.. GYSBERTS on ABLETT!! wow...

Oh-oh for our backline today too! Killed twice from the centre already,

cats 2nd goal a minute in!

i saw someone on here say "that side has alot of last year about it"..

3.2.20 to sweet f.a

we cant get hands on ball.. sides shouldn't bother going down to the cattery

Posted

ablett 7 touches already.. had 40 last time we played.. wouldnt mind someone playing a bit tighter on the kids (sc wise as well)

One of the boys should wear him like a glove.

Started off very poorly. But we've evened out a bit now. Just sounds like for every good thing we do, Geelong do 3.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round. 2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025.
