Good post. People who think Mclean only played one good game ever (Elimination final 06) have rocks in their head. Yes he had a poor season this year, but need we remind you he nearly won the Best and fairest the year before playing only half the games.

Thats a shame. But good luck to him. If he can follow in Jurrahs footsteps its the kind of excitement a new team needs.

Have to say when i heard this name i was saying "WHO????". Completely out of leftfield. I dont even remember this kid being in peoples top 30.

I absolutely love this kid. Has the potential to be a Mcleod like player off half back. Very underrated by some supporters (Alot kept kept asking for him to be dropped/rested this year. Obviously weren't watching the same Bennell as me.)

Mclean has always done well in the pre season time trials. Only problem is he drives just as fast as well.

Because its been a few months since we've seen this "High Flyer" in action you could almost forgive yourself in thinking maybe there was hope for him. I'll dress up like superman and streak across the mcg queens birthday 2011 if he is actually still on the list.

Looking forward to some senior action from Strauss next year. If you check out all those jack watts TAC cup carnival footage it is usually strauss hitting him lace out.

Phew, looks like my membership burning rage was only short lived.

If we lose Davey as well ill really reconsider renewing my membership. If we lose arguably our 2 best players within a week it shows some serious problems at the club.
