i'd love to see freo get up against the Cats. 1) because i can't stand the cats and 2) i've always had a bit of a soft spot for Freo, even if they do have ballantyne and crowley in their team. personally imo all of those are losses for us, excluding Armitage. Yes we do need mids desperately, but still to have boyd, hogan, Dawes and Clark in the fwd line would send shivers down all defences. yes we do need to find a way to get it down there, but if things go right for us in free agency etc we coudlf ix that

They have Hogans kicking down on all the others and is the only reason he isn't at the top. It is improving the longer he is with us, plus as demonfan said he is performing against men

Terlich was a great pick up this year, as was M jones. Syliva had a far more consistent year, but he still had his games where he was hardly sighted. Terlich to take out best first year player.

i'd take greenwood for Blease any day. Blease can be good, as he showed with 5 goals against stk last year, but as demonfan said he is more of an icing type player. The problem is we only have a base, not much of a middle.

if viney had played as much as Terlich this year then i would say i'd have chosen him, but due to Terlich playing almost every game and continually improving as he has gone on i chose him.

he was very good in the year that he won the B&F for the lions, but hasn't done much since imo. He would be an upgrade to many of our mids still though

if Viney didn't get injured early in the year i probably would've said him, but Terlich takes it out for me. Very good debut season.

hopefully we didn't push him out the door like we have other veterans. only a few wks ago he was saying he was up for another year. hopefully we keep him in some sort of role at the club. thanks for the great times Aaron

I say keep him at FF. Maybe ruck at times when there is a ball up in the fwd 50 but other than that a fwd. if he hadn't had the injury then he could definitely play more of a role in the ruck, but given the stress his foot would be put under doing that it would be a bit too risky. I don't agree with a few who have said his best footy at Brisbane was in the fwd line though, he was selected in the 40 man squad in '09 as a Ruck and was considered very unlucky to miss out on the final team.

good to have that all settled. out of Williams and Eade i would be going for Williams. Has more runs on the board with a premiership and has seemingly turned Martin around.
