i wouldnt be offering Jack ANYTHING untill he starts to play some really good footy. other posters above me are offering him a 5 year contract based on 'a good preason'. That is pure insanity. Im not fussed if we wait till the end of the year. if he does have an amazing year then we are in a great position salary cap wise to give him a really good offer.

I agree with you, but your going a bit far. He is not a dud. Not yet anyway. A number 1 draft pick who was going to become our number 1 forward has become our number 5 backman. Very disapointing so far. We really need him to step up this year. Im sick of reading other posters harp on about Viney, Hogan and Tompus being the saviours of this club. They are first year players ffs. Every year we think it will be the latest draftees who will perform miricles. Watts, Trengove, Bail, Strauss, Blease, Grimes and Tapscott. These are the players who should be showing rapid improvement this year. We need these guys to step up and fill the void.

We got 'compensated'. Thats the only word I can think of. We turned that compensation into Hogan and Barry and Dawes. I'm extreamly happy with the results and am not negative about the outcome at all. Not sure how you dont think im positive. Most have got lost in translation. The thing that frustrates me is that this could have been up yesterday. One person filming. One person commentating. One editor watching on 5 min delay to make sure commentary is clean. And then upload straight to the web. This could have been uploaded with a max on an hour delay and we could have all watched in rather than listen to that rubbish on 5aa.

Honestly, the commentary is much better than when we played Adelaide a few years ago.

I can't off the top of my head, but was overseas last year and didn't watch many non melbourne games towards the later half of the year. And im not going to bother trying to dig up information. I know that he use to handball a hell of a lot more under Bailey and that Neeld is forcing him to kick more and is working on his kicking, so I expect improvement in the future. And I would never chave called him aliability at anytime in his career. In truth he is our 2nd best mid behind Jones. Sad to say. This is exactually the same as when posters wouldn't include Bartram in their best 22. Even though both Bailey and Neeld would both choose him first. Posters will completley overlook all the good that he did and focus on the one negative. For me Jordie is a keeper. Im more arguing with Obilisk who states that he would prefer Kent (no games), Couch (Vfl), Evans(Vfl), Taggart(No games) , Magner (Vfl), Kent(No games) who he thinks will contribute more

Easily best 22 this year. He is 22 years old and 50 games under his belt. His best is yet to come. Posters who say we are playing with a man down in the midfield have no idea what they are talking about. Disposal by foot is not great and I get frustrated with the amount of pplayers who can't kick but Jordie is a keeper.

Has the camera man used a special setting on the camera? Looks almost fluro to me. Its a completley different colour to the one seen in the recent portraits photos. Look at the difference between the socks!
