I agree EGD I have doubts he will even get a run at Casey. His history shows he does not come back quickly from injuries. This may seem a little harsh but his form before being injured was ordinary. let him show something at Casey.

I read the question differently to most I think! does it not say "who will be the coach in 2012"? It is not asking who you want. I want Malthouse however I seriosly doubt we can afford him even if he wanted to come. Roos won't be coaching Clarkson will be at Hawthorn. So that leaves us with Bailey or someone untried. On that Basis the Board will probably say "better with the devil we know". Bailey is a good chance to be the coach in 2012.

I agree it is not the kids that are our problem it is the more experienced players. As for Davey he has had a poor year and was giving us little before the injury. I seriously think it is time to trade him. It is now or never

rpfc I would drop one of Garland, Sylvia or Green. But it will not happen, the MC have shown they will not drop these guys even though they have had a number very ordinary games this year. IMO the only reason Green has played all games this year is because he is the Captain. I just believe we need to change a few this week to show that you have to earn your spot. You will get no complaint from me if Green/ Sylvia were dropped. But it will not happen so who do you take out? We then get down to the types I have suggested. Might be a bit unfair but someone has to make way for guys who have been playing well at Casey. Please lets not forget we have lost two of the last four matches by an average of 76 points. We are far from smooth sailing at present.

So you are only making one change Bennell out Tapscott in? Have we all forgotten we got belted by a team not yet in the eight. It was a pitiful performance and then only one change!

Did he mean consistency in games or performance. If he was talking about performance he would be in danger of keeping his spot! ( only joking ) After a poor performance against the bulldogs I think a few changes are necessary. Gysberts and Strauss would be unlucky but I need to get a couple of others in and they were the ones in danger. Only my opinion
