  1. Hmm anyone is mind Gw? I have a couple.
  2. Sadly I think you are right. Even if they had the money as you say it is unlikely in a election year would a labour government come up with 10's of millions for a silver tails club. No votes there but a substantial loss of support from the cross party voters is likely It is said as little as 5% of voters change governments, their votes are what a labour government needs to keep or as many as possible.
  3. Stalled! What's the time frame on stalled? When does stalled become stopped? I have no idea but imo my gut tells me it is closer to stopped than stalled. I cannot get passed the problem " where is the money coming from".
  4. Only while the player wants DD. The system is weighted too much in the player favour. The AFL is scared someone will take to it court on restrictive trade so they leen in the players favour. It won't change.
  5. CF to be captain you have to be a first pick every game. Rivers is a chance but Chandler is average at best. I will be surprised if he plays more than 10 games in 2026.
  6. After read the last 10 posts here it is obvious there is no action to think about.
  7. So that's why I never get the Porsche I order every year. Dawm!
  8. It's hard to see him making much contribution in 2026. Fancy waking up after surgery to be told your season is over before even Christmas has arrived.
  9. Sadly I could not get the day off work to attend!
  10. Hmm the later soundd ok!!!!!😁
  11. He was there running boundary stints. Did not look hampered in any way. I suspect it is a loading issue. Like big Max who was doing similar. We can be fairly certain they don't need to learn how to play. Probably a different system in December for the good older players.
  12. On what I saw today Kolt would not be a walk up start, at one point and I am not certain it was him but he got rev up for not completing a task with required effort. Perhaps it is me but to me he doesn't seem to have part to his game that worries backmen. Play him fairly closely and his contribution is low. Doubt I will get a game We can forget him for 2026.
  13. Just on the way home after going to my first training run for the 2026 season. Among other things I took the binoculars so I could watch certain players of our tall forwards I thought Kentfield was the best. I watched Jefferson the most, believe me I am trying to be neutral in my opinion on today and it is still early December however I saw nothing to suggest he is about become a key forward at senior level. He looked casual today from what I saw. Turner is a lot bigger player up close than what you normally see from afar in a game at the G. There were a few I had to keep checking to find out who they were. The next best thing was the weather, a great day to watch a bit of training from under the trees. At one point I thought it was raining but know the sprinklers had come in field behind me.
  14. I hope you are right.
  15. I honestly think he lacks the talent for the top level. He has rarely if ever dominated a game at VFL level. He has some had some good games but nothing that screams I should be in the seniors. His few games at the top level have been a couple of marks and a goal or two but seems to go missing for parts of the game. A friend said to me last year he looks the figure in those blow up people you see at car yards that are all arms and body flying about. Sadly I was struggling up disagree.
  16. Exactly, our std jumper is worn so little these days I often wonder if young generations would even know which one it is.
  17. After a long time watcher of AFL football I have never seen players develop "mongrel" you either have it or you don't. Jefferson will continue to play the way he has in the past. Another who will be looking for a new home in 2026.
  18. Agree 100% pf. An example of how good under age players are found out when they are playing at the top level. With the players we have recruited this year he will find it hard to get a spot in the seniors. Will be looking for a trade at the end of 2026.
  19. Great I have a plan to go next Monday.
  20. A point people are missing is that this another jumper change to sell more product. After that I cannot see many of these designs selling well they are just poor.
  21. You are not alone.
  22. I just tried to vote, having filled in all the required info it simply rejected my vote. Hmm
  23. When I was younger the machine to aspire to was an E type Jaguar. Now that is a while ago but they are sure not even on a younger person's mind.
  24. There is nothing happening there bb. They are still waiting to told what to make.
