Strangely quiet on DL. Everyone on the weather app.
  3. Who are Collingwood and Carlton playing, I don’t think they have opponents. Well certainly if you look at the media coverage. Am praying for a Swans against Pies semi final next week, then have a week of media discussing Port/Brisbane, against that red and blue team in the PF.
  4. Look at your 2nd word and then see how beautifully it fits with nearly everything the AFL does.
  5. Watson in and Laurie staying, with Woey improving, would probably see one our small forwards, possibly Spargo, seeking a trade, imo.
  6. It would be hard to argue against.
  7. I would guess that the grounds of Appeal are: first, that the finding was against the weight of the evidence, second, that the Tribunal misdirected itself, in deciding that if force was not negligible, it must be forceful, without any guidance as to what constituted either category, third, that the whole Tribunal system as currently constituted and the MRO, are inconsistent in their findings and at worst are a complete joke. The third ground was probably the most legalistic.

He ( Howe ) has unfortunately become one of my least liked players. He feels this need to have a go at his old club, who got him out of Tassie and changed his whole life. Maybe it's time to give it a rest Jeremy.

I was ruminating over a ban, but in considering how much of your life you must have wasted doing all those emojiis, I have put you on a good behaviour bond.
  10. Yep. Interesting we get belted for getting Grundy to assist Max and yet they don't for getting LJ, who might cause Darcy to leave. They pay a lot to get a bloke who forces their best ruck out and we pay little for an experiment that didn't work, but will get our trade payment back easily.

And quite wet by the look of it.

Oh the salty curmudgeon has reappeared. Ok I held a Tribunal hearing and in typical AFL fashion, went against the evidence and made up a decision. I have banned my self for 7 minutes. I will not appeal, as Carlton lawyers are unavailable.

Also wants to get away from a Coach who previously cleared him.

Of course it is, as Port’s number one fanboy is on the panel.

Not curious all that footy is on the thread, as this is the everything thread, except two topics and on a footy forum, footy is a big part of everything. Looks like a quiet few days on DL coming up.

Kept the record intact and looked good. Like the look of Campbell, has size and when she learns the way they play could be a very handy player. My favourite female Dee just keeps killing them, what a beauty you are Tylah Hanks.

  18. Or actually knocked out Ah Chee, with a bump to the head, making him miss the finals.

Saints just got a boost, with Bedford losing his appeal to the Tribunal.

He is after all a Premiership player.

I suppose it all relates for us to if Reid is the target. I would imagine 4 is the key pick to any Reid deal if WC or Roos are prepared to deal to get more bang for their buck. I see it as WC being forced to take Curtin only, unless they can get a deal done to allow him to slide to 4. Hawks will grab Reid at 3 if he is still there, so it’s probably Roos that may be able to swap 2 for a Reid deal but they would want back in quickly and 4 looks the foundation pick of any possible deal. Obviously extra will come with pick 4, for them to want to do a deal. We could possibly retain 5 if we gave them a player and our next pick, hopefully 18. Then again we ignore Reid, trade up as high as possible and maybe have 4 & 5 to use in the draft. Anyway we have a flag to win first, if possible.
  22. 31 in October.
  23. Lucas Cook was sooking it up at his first training session with us. Jeffo had a stinker yesterday but I don’t see him as another Lucas Cook. A recent game where he was moving around the ground, was a very good hint of what is to come and we have already seen examples of his contested marking and accurate kicking for goal.
  24. Jayden Hunt finished 4th in Eagles B & F. Well done Jayden.
