Farewell Jesse Hogan
Yeah good question. Nor sure if it will be more towards the Tom Scully end of “lucky to make it out of the G alive” booing or the Addam Maric/Ricky Petterd “didn’t even realised he moved club” booing.

2018 Demonland Banner 2.0
Me thinks Hunt's going to lose his spot on the banner. That more than anything else will inspire and motivate him this off season.

2018 Demonland Banner 2.0
I would like to second that vote on JFK. Excellent nomination.

2019 Fixture
I read a few years ago that the MCC always requests that Melbourne play away games against Essendon and Carlton at the MCG. I have no idea why but it would explain why we haven't hosted Essendon since 2010 and hosted Carlton twice in 10 years.

2019 Fixture
We haven't had a home game at Docklands since 2016.

Delisting, Trade and FA discussion 2018
Essendon and Port were the premiers and runners ups in last October's trade period. Both clubs were in Bali, Thailand, the US and Europe by September 1 2018.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Knowing Peter Bell it would be Hogan and our future first rounder for Cerra.
-
Farewell Jesse Hogan
Agreed. I'm glad our current and potentially future elite players in Gawn, T Mac, Oliver, Brayshaw , Harmes, Petracca, Salem and Weideman are VIC blokes.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
You guys need to re-watch their shock win over Sydney. May was marking absolutely everything (14 marks) that day. The ball just wouldn't get past him. An elite defender's game.

Farewell Dom Tyson
It's been speculated about 400K a year. Slightly above the average wage.
-
Farewell Dom Tyson
Why on earth would Tyson agree to play at GC? He spent two years at GWS when they went 3-41. Then years later finally plays finals in his home town and is content with life. Only to be told he'll be playing for a 2 or 3 win Gold Coast side for the next couple of years.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARLEY BENNELL
Absolutely not. It would be an absolute circus having him at the club. All he'd bring to the table is injuries, night club incidents etc....

Typical millennials! Changing work places at the drop of a hat.

Darwin game dumped
I was dead against the Darwin game, but the facts are we beat a decent Port the week after in 2017, and then had a dominant second half against the Dogs this year. We’ve handled Darwin recovery with aplomb after 9 seasons up there.
-
Darwin game dumped
We beat the Dogs by 7 goals the week after Darwin, and then proceeded to win 7 of our last 10 games (which coincided with our best month of footy since 2000) Would’ve we done any better had we not played in Darwin?

Farewell Jesse Hogan
I’ve heard we’ve asked for Hayden Ballantyne thrown into the package.

Weed was horrid in the prelim.

Farewell Dom Tyson
Tyson and Salem were our 2 worst players in the prelim.

Farewell Jesse Hogan
The JFK 1 year contract extension more than softens the blow for the impeding Hogan departure.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHARLIE SPARGO
Brilliant tonight. How good was that set shot in the 3rd when they were coming at us. Would have to go close to getting a vote in the Demoland player of the year, in a final!
- Chris From Camberwell!

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Given how much of a shambles Freo's foward line, I'd expect Freo to pay up big. Real big. Pick 5 and their second rounder would be a great start.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
I thought they ranked the draft after finals rather than round 23. For instance a club could finish 8th after round 23 and then win the flag. Surely that club would get pick 18 (premiership) rather than pick 10 (rd 23 finish)
