I just watched our goals again from last week on the website. Tom Sparrow comes from behind the centre square and sprints to the forward pocket to tap the ball in for a goal. Kozzie runs from well behind the centre square and kicks it to a contest where he runs into it himself and kicks a goal. The week before Jordon sprinted from our forward line all the way too their goal square just to get a touch on it. I haven't even mentioned Oliver, Petracca or Gawn We look like a team of millionaires at the moment but it is our work rate that sets us apart

I umpired basketball in the 90's and the most high profile referee in the NBL ran onto the court and abused me. It was the first game I reffed and he was a coach. I've also run the boundary in footy. I'm no positive Lingers but I can run up and down. I think I have a pretty good understanding of the abuse umpires receive but there is a point where the pendulum swings too far the other way and the player gets unreasonly penalised.

This is slightly off topic but Jordan Lewis is the only player who I have ever seen who could hook or slice it from set shots at goals depending on where he was positioned. Most players have a natural shape but he shaped it whichever way he wanted to suit the angle he was on.
