If weโ€™re naming names, Bannan just doesnโ€™t do enough, an extremely frustrating footballer

No idea what's happened to her. Now with zankar out we needed her to step up

Needs to reinvent herself in the off season. Speed was her weapon but without that Iโ€™m not sure what she brings to the table

Bannon just doesnโ€™t play tall. Canโ€™t mark but she needs to at least compete

Put her on a wing maybe

It's November & we are still getting frustrated with our Melbourne team.

Just like the men's, we've given up a goal literally on the siren.

thats a killer

chaplin out and no goldy just too much to cover defensively

This game should have been play at Casey. Bloody AFL.

But then the AFLs preferred team most likely doesn't win. Without even more obvious umpiring intervention.

Game over

We should have had a 5 goal lead early

then poor defensive efforts in the second cost us

Not enough run and skill through the middle. Inside 50 kicking has been horrible

Push in the back in that last goal. What a surprise it wasn't paid to us. Cheats.

The siren went as it left the boot. Took the ump ages to blow the whistle until after it crossed the goal line FFS.

Macca and Hore were amazing that quarter.

No use going to Harris when she's got 2 on her.

And... What on earth is going on with Banno this season? It's not just that the attacking runs have disappeared, her defensive efforts seem effortless.

There was a period halfway through the third on the half back flank where she attempted to tackle three times in a row for no effect. She just seemed to jog at her opponents.

She's a senior player that needs to step up in these type of games.

This would be a win for the ages to get up from here

Tayla Harris is so overrated. Prove me wrong in the last qtr Harris!

She's been great this season, but she goes to ground easily & today just hasn't asserted herself

I have Harris and Bannan in the same frustrating bucket

If Macca could kick to advantage she would be some player

They are far tougher and cleaner.

Top 12 possessions on ground 10 are Lions.

We fumble and miskick too much.

Losing Zanker and Chaplin and Goldy has killed us.

Umpires havenโ€™t helped.

Since Zanker went off she's been double teamed. We haven't been able to counter this.

Probably Gall is still developing.

Tays had a fantastic season

Dakota Davidson is a [censored]
