Show some pride MFC and have a dip. This is a pathetic display. Next seasonโ€™s membership renewal is looking pretty grim if they are going to dish up more of this slop in the 2nd half๐Ÿคฎ

I love that we are trying some new positions as you learn things. I have already seen enough of the Bowey at half forward. Can we please get him back at half back off the back of the stoppages.

Please put Viney to half forward (preferably to pressure and not get the ball) and move Rivers into the middle.

Better quarter effort wise and once we put Howes to Gunston but we are just being shown up by a slick outfit with something to play for.

Shouldโ€™ve paid 50 m as well. That wouldโ€™ve shut them up.

Draft, Trade and Free agency board is up!!!!!!!!!!

Also what the [censored] are we doing with Bowey

At the game. There are 4 umpires. 2 are miles away and none of them stand on the skinny side of the ground so they can throw it all you like and nobody sees it. Whoever runs the umpires needs to go.

Better umpiring in the o&m

It was just on the siren. But the umpire should have given the ball straight to petty, not hold onto it & wait for the hawks players to get back. I know he didn't get the distance but give him a chance

Iโ€™m thinking of leaving to get home in time to watch the women play. At least they seem to care.

This margin really flatters us. They missed some gettable shots. Should be 10 goals down.

Would be lovely to see something different in the middle because if we canโ€™t get on top in clearances we will get slaughtered. Giving Hawks first use so they can run and carry and hit targets with precision is not going to work.

Our best ball user at centre half forward is hard to watch

On this performance we may not get a single applicant for the coaching job.

Perhaps we will then become known as the Melbourne Diabolicals.

If the free is paid and they're wrestling with the kicker - shouldn't that be 50m?

Wouldnโ€™t be a bad idea to swap Turner forward and JVR back.

Also, this is the perfect match where they should have had 4 substitute umpires on the bench. At least three of them shouldโ€™ve been dragged by now. Have an umpires coach on the bench and take them through the vision to see the error of their ways.

Look are we surprised? Look at what the hawks did to the pies last week.

This side is hungry for finals & they can also finish top 4.

We are thinking about 6 months off

Ah ok, thanks I didnโ€™t see that

We used to get the contested possessions which covered a lot of deficiencies in system and skill. Once we canโ€™t win the ball we look like an under age team playing against a senior team. The Hawks know all they have to do in a contest is handball/throw the ball to the outside and they have guys waiting to receive and run.

Mark Howard is the most biased commentator in have ever heard. Granted the dees are awful but he is absolutely just barracking on the microphone. It couldn't be more one sided if it was a pro Hawks special. Really giving me the [censored]

Pickett, Langford, Rivers and Bowey would make this game interesting at centre bounces. We are going to lose, but seeing something different makes this game more interesting.

Yep & luke bruest was also on the field meaning the hawks had an extra player. If the interchange stewards were alert they should have paid 50

Thank God we wonโ€™t have to suffer this [censored] coaching next season.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmyโ€™s inclusive bannerโ€”"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwoodโ€™s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.ย

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecastโ€”20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze โ€” expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kateโ€™s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwoodโ€™s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
