TMac, for example, might be a bit of a mouthful? Does Clarry get Clazz much? (as used by Richo (*) in his interview, for example) Ditto Koz v. Kozzy/Kossie? Poor Harves had to take second best, eh? Ricky, though, hasn't been forced there by the 'unentitled' Rick.
