Did you see Jeffo's game today Picket? Not great

No missed it but didn't sound good at all, HOWEVER still should have been given a game today on form!

Seems like we have lifted the shackles a little bit today. Wish we had played this style a few weeks earlier.
So frustrating..

I’ve lost count on how many times Rivers has turned it over by foot. Zero pressure and zero composure. Shocking game today.

Petty, Petty , Petty ....this ain't no petty little effort today.

Keep em goals coming.

Rivers needs to be subbed... nevermind 😮‍💨

And got nowhere near it. Not saying it won’t happen in time but he’s still learning half back.

Germology more like it.

Will the midfield McVee fanboys admit they were wrong?

Not a fan of taking in a larger sample before making a call? Don’t be thorough. That gets in the way of a good shout.

Yeah and we should delist Kozzy while we're at it.

Has been very good today, BUT when you are gifted games you should play one good one per season!

I’d rather Rivers turn it over 100 times than we play long bomb footy. Trent rarely misses targets when people run with him for options.

That last switch was a perfect indication. No one was giving anything until Kolt late

Damn that was poor. 3 free Melbourne players and they fluff the mark. 2 goal turnover.

Tholstrup only young but geez how did he drop that

Kolt is going to hate the review of this game. It’s good for him to be out there, but he’s made some poor decisions.

You've got to laugh when 3 players of our own team spoil each other mark. Luckily no score from that silly turnover.

Thomlinson fully had 'im.

Happy to wait for a larger sample when he’s physically mature and experienced at the level.

The Demons have slumped to their worst start to a season since 2012, falling to 0–4 after a more spirited showing against the Cats at Kardinia Park. Despite the improved effort, they went down by 39 points, and the road ahead is looking increasingly grim.

It's Game Day, and reinforcements are finally arriving for the Demons—but will it be too little, too late? They're heading down the freeway to face a Cats side returning home to their fortress after two straight losses, desperate to reignite their own season. Can the Demons breathe new life into their campaign, or will it slip even further from their grasp?

  • PREVIEW: Geelong

"It's officially time for some alarm bells. I'm concerned about the lack of impact from their best players." This comment about one of the teams contesting this Friday night’s game came earlier in the week from a so-called expert radio commentator by the name of Kane Cornes. He wasn’t referring to the Melbourne Football Club but rather, this week’s home side, Geelong. The Cats are purring along with 1 win and 2 defeats and a percentage of 126.2 (courtesy of a big win at GMHBA Stadium in Round 1 vs Fremantle) which is one win more than Melbourne and double the percentage so I guess that, in the case of the Demons, its not just alarm bells, but distress signals. But don’t rely on me. Listen to Cornes who said this week about Melbourne:- “They can’t run. If you can’t run at speed and get out of the contest then you’re in trouble.
